Great American Cookies

Paid $50 for my husbands Father’s Day cookie cake. It was raw. Very undercooked. Waiting on a refund from GM and I’ll take this down.

Cookies are good, but too expensive.

Amazing service and my cake was PERFECT! Guests started digging in before I could get a pic of how cute the cake was!

Will always get my kids bday cake here.

Tried to order cookie cakes online for next week. Entered all the info in then got “This location is not accepting online orders now”.
K- I’ll find another business who does!

A couple of months ago my husband and I visited this location and ordered milkshakes less than an hour later i was sick, tonight we decided to give it a try again and let me tell you never again. When my husband walked in he had to wait and then get the attention of the worker on duty because she was in the back talking on her phone he proceeds to order a milkshake and she says they are out of milk (doubt that but okay) he got cookies instead and she tried to keep his change by saying she didn’t have an $5 bills to give him and she she didn’t know what to do

This is our favorite cookie place! Our family loves cookie cakes and we always order from here! I’ve never been picky and understand that it’s mostly young kids doing the cakes, but Tori blew me away! I asked for a girlie Unicorn cake and boy did she DELIVER. It’s absolutely adorable and Tori was just so sweet!

It's my 2 3 maybe 4 time coming to this location and they never have milk for the shakes??

Never have I ever purchased such an ugly cake from Great American Cookie as I did today! It was initially mispelled even though I had it correctly on my online order & I spoke to the girl & told her it was initials & I wanted very little icing & small font !!!

This is the worst location, I purchased 3 cookies, the were hard and dry. I could tell these cookies were not freshly made. The service was not good also. Will not be returning to this location.

Just took my daughter out for ice cream. ordered her 1 scoop and 2 for myself. Employee was rude and seemed irritated and told me this was 2 scoops...which it is not. it's even in a single scoop cup and I was charged $6 for it

Best ice cream, best cookies. And always so friendly.

The cookies are delicious and Brandy behind the counter had a friendly smile and great service. We enjoyed our experience at this location! Will definitely stop the next time we are in Broussard!
