I went in with my disabled little sister hoping to get ice cream, ended up after waiting 20 minutes before leaving despite half the workers sitting at a table talking while another was in the back and made eye contact with us. Even then no service. This was ridiculous, and they will not be having my business again.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me... or as George Bush Jr. famously said, "Fool me... can't get fooled again"
First time, I just thought... they didn't judge the ice cream well, I'm not gonna raise a fuss over a few ounces.
2nd time... nah... won't be a 3rd time.
That's the 16oz line on a 24oz cup... that's 1/3 of an $8.11 shake! That's a over $5 I've been jipped out of my two trips.
Guess we'll also be getting my daughter's b-day cakes from somewhere else now too. Over 10 years of cakes, she gonna have to pick something else this year.
For the record, I buy from a Hersey's in the NOLA area, multiple times a week over the past 3 months... not ONCE has it ever been anything but full to the top and then they give me a small cup with the rest that was left in the blender vs throwing it away.
This was just wild... you pay $8.11 for a large shake, you expect a large shake!

Watch your change if you hand them a 20, the young man at 3:30 today served the wrong ice cream from the wrong spot. I would think on the carton somewhere it would be written but all was done he sat there with a blank expression. After a attempt at the wrong change from the young lady and wrong ice cream which the guy took no attempt to rectify he asked me if I wanted my change, I have had no problem as of before today but I will buy from the store next time,.

When I went, there was one car in front of me in drive thru and they took 10 minutes to make their order. The ice cream is great but they were slow.
Ice creme and cookies are awesome. Cookies fresh and delicious. Customer service excellent.
The ice cream is okay but the prices are way too high.
My kids absolutely love this place! We get our birthday cookie cakes here and they are always awesome!!
