NEVER AGAIN The Broussard location is terrible. The line for the drive thru has a horrible set up. I went in at the back of the line. A woman was going around and explaining to every vehicle that they were all coming in at the wrong entrance. While she had me parked, explaining this, 2 other vehicles came in from a side entrance and were allowed to cut in front of me. I had already been in line for 20 minutes. I was offered no compensation for this inconvenience. I will not return to this location

I ordered the Cloud 9 per usual and I was really disappointed ! it tasted more like hot milk than coffee. I was hoping for more flavor and balance. The staff were nice, but the drink definitely missed the mark for me.

A little late on this but last week I stopped in the drive through and was greeted by a young man, I wish I caught his name. He made sure everyone had the space to get in while also giving amazing service. I had him pick a chiller and a red bull drink for me and it was honestly the best drinks I’ve had from jet. If you know who you are please let me know what they were so I can get them again!
