I don’t even write reviews honestly but this is just crazy at this point. This location is an absolute joke. My order is wrong almost every single time. This time however, my pizza was OBVIOUSLY still raw. So I had to get myself dressed, leave my house and bring the entire pizza back so they could make a new one. Walked inside to hear one of the employees yelling and cussing in the back while the guy up front barely said 2 words to me before taking the raw pizza back. Just don’t waste your time as this location. It’s purely pathetic

I juat left without buying. The guy was cleaning the pizza pan over the garbage. He dropped the towel in the garbage took it out and continued cleaning the pan. 10/2/25

Called....well I tried calling this Lil Caesars located on Albertsons Parkway & Bertrand at 9:35 p.m. last night, SATURDAY night, closing time being 10:00 p.m. to order the new Pretzel crust pizza. I was hung up on 5 times in a row. I was door dashing with a pizza to pick up at the time so when I arrived and entered the store, the employee friendly enough gave me the door dash order. I then proceed to ask as to what time is too late to order a pizza. From that point on neither associate spoke a word, just stood there as i asked them why I was hung up on 5 times, if there was a manager there or when I asked if they were going to answer me or just continue to stare at me and continue ignoring me. One employee walks away and the other continued to stare and ignore me. Being Easter morning, i waited to call back to speak with management until about 30 minutes ago where I was unbelieveably hung up on 4 more times. WOW!!! I unfortunately had to be admirted into the hospital a couple hours ago, but i promise you as soon as I am released i will be headed straight to the store. I never recieved the memo that you could no longer order pizza unless you did it online....hhhmmm..how much business

I called this Little Caesars location four times over the span of an hour, but no one answered the phone. Frustrated, I went to the store to place an order in person, but no one came to take my order after I waited inside for several minutes. I then decided to try the drive-through, but there was a long line of cars, adding even more delay. When I finally received my order, it was completely wrong. I had ordered a veggie pizza, but they gave me a cheese pizza with this topping . When I pointed out the mistake, they told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes for the correct order. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating, and I will not be coming back to this location again.

Placed a pick up order. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Then went inside where about 10 customers were also waiting. Left without getting my order. Tried calling to get a refund the next day and they refuse to pick up the phone.
I ordered a lunch combo with crazy bread and it came out to around $17. When I asked why it was so much, she said that she put in the lunch combo as a whole deep dish because she was new. I wasn’t really that mad since I would still get what I paid for. In the end she ended up giving me a lunch combo when I paid for a whole deep dish. It was clear that she was never trained and I ended up just leaving because I knew she would mess it up again if I complained.
