Came in at 7:30. Told us they’re closing in 10 minutes… They closed almost 2 hours earlier than they’re supposed to. Flip chairs and mop around you while you’re eating at 7PM…they are supposed to close at 9. Put our food in togo boxes so they don’t have to wash dishes, and dumped all of the tea at 7PM.
We usually have such a good experience at this location. I picked up a to go order tonight. Got home and unpacked it, no utensils, whole sandwiches not cut in half, plus one incorrect order.
Been coming since day one and it’s been sad the down hill quality of food and employees attention to customer service . Tonight was the last straw as a disabled veteran on fixed income I choose wisely on my once a week eat out . And to night I got the southwest salad. Well I got less than the small dressing cup of chicken in a pile on top. Here is a pic I can attach .. $11 for this 1oz of chicken thanks !
