We had a large dine in order yesterday, 10 people. We went in around noon, there was a long line just to order. I see why people wait! This restaurant has it going on! From the staff to the fresh food, even a clean restaurant. Thanks!

Emerald is the definition of customer service! I normally don’t post google reviews but she made my experience 10 times better. She delivered my order and made sure I had everything I needed! She also interacted with the other customers and I could tell she made them feel the same way. Amazing employee!

I came in and i met one of the cashiers her name was hailey but she was very welcoming when we came in. Customer service has taken a turn it’s nice to see that some employees still have some respect.
Really like McAlister but they are a bit pricey these days. I'll be back just not to often.

My issue is I went and picked up my orderer # 27783930204553217, $69.67 I was missing 1 Grilled chicken Caesar salad and 1 Four cheese melt when I arrived home we seen we where missing the items when I called and complained to the Manager without her even going to check the store surveillance footage of her store to see if I did or did not receive my order she said the cashier claim that she checked the order and I received everything so pretty much I’m a liar and calling them for free food, but I will never ever eat at another McAllister restaurant and I will pass it on to my family and friends so be sure to check your food Before you Drive off so your not called a liar when you called

They gave me the wrong order and was supposed to give me a refund on may 22 it’s June 12 and I still never received a refund I will never give them my business again
