McGriddles were made the way I asked so that was great. Service though... little eye contact, serious looks, hands you food while looking away at whatever is next on their to do list. The idea of customer service is lost at McDonalds. But it's McD so I'll be back when the craving hits... good thing it's not often.

Food is hardly fresh, mobile orders are never right. I’m unsure why I keep getting food here. Literally every time I’ve ordered here the food was either wrong, or not fresh. Sometimes both. 15+ minute wait for mobile orders made before leaving the house. They are in terrible need of new management..

I usually come get coffee in the morning and there’s nobody ever working the store, so I thought that it was because it was early, but even for lunch or the evening there is just no one working the lobby or dining area at all. So I started using the drive thru since that’s the only way you’ll get service, and my coffee is yet again not right.

I waited almost 30 minutes just for a shake the girl at the front was very nice the manager had a very nasty attitude
Fairly new store, still very clean. Have been twice recently, and apparently just like everyone else they are having to work short staffed so the service left a little to be desired. Staff was still friendly with a good attitude.

I’m not sure if they changed management here or not but the service is absolutely terrible. You order, you pay, and then they have you go park to wait for your food for 20 minutes then it comes out cold. What exactly are they doing in there and why isn’t this fast food ?. It wasn’t like this 8+ months ago. Everyone in there moves so slow

this mcdonalds is nasty and disgusting to me, they dont give fresh food, they dont fill up the drinks they leave them half way filled, they added me an extra nugget the lady told me to just go, no refund or anything just told me to leave, im so disappointed, need a whole new crew, so disgusting attitudes disgusting also, no good customer service
