Between New Orleans and Houston there is a heaven-like oasis...and it is called Parish Brewing Company.
It just so happens that a few years back when I was living in Houston, a local watering hole started to promote a beer (on tap) named Ghost in the Machine. Well...I fell in love with it. If you like a good hazy IPA, this one is hard to beat.
I highly recommend you stop in and try a flight of their different beers. Their Brain Cake beer is also amazing, and very hard to find.
Their bar is a fun experience and all their employees were very friendly.

Fantastic beer and tour guide was great. Food truck was awesome. Bartenders acted like they didn't want to be there. Walked in and three of them just stared at me without saying a word.

Wonderful discovery especially of their barrel-aged beers. It is a small brewery but with a very nice style. For lunch they only sell snacks like chips and salsa.

Never been to the Brewery but hope to very soon. I am a fan of Ghost in the Machine. Can’t wait to visit and try the menu.
A good spot but not a lot of seating which can make it complicated if you’re bringing a larger crowd. I enjoyed all four of my beers.
