Quite probably the best beer in the state. I'll update after I've visited all the other breweries.

Never realized that Parish Brewing was right there in Broussard until couple weeks ago when celebrating my bday. Came upon Canebreak by good friend and is my favorite beer. The staff was very down to earth and friendly. Plan visit again.

Seemed like a chill place with nice people and cool art all over the walls. I didn't like any of the 7 IPAs I tried, but preferences aside, they claimed them all to be New England hazy IPAs. Just because it looks hazy doesn't mean it's a New England hazy, which is something a lot of breweries outside of New England don't seem to understand. Between the 7 there was very little differentiation, so the creativity seems very lacking as well. I would describe them as the worst parts of an East meets West IPA - hard on the hop bittering but unfiltered and hazy without much flavor.Their barrel aged stout collab with Great Notion was solid, but I feel like that was more thanks to Great Notion who I'm a fan of.Parking was decent, maybe 12 or so spots, but on the tighter side.

Good selection of beer and dog friendly

Nice quaint brewery nestled in Broussard. Tap room is small but there is seating outside which is wonderful on a pretty day. There are several selections on tap to try. If you are an IPA fan, Parish is for you. I prefer sweeter beers so the Sips and fruited selections are always a win for me. They also have great merch for purchase. Cool little tap room, definitely better than we expected. Good variety of styles as well. Not a huge space, but outdoor seating adds plenty of tables. Empanada truck out front was fantastic.

I love my local brewery! The staff is friendly and the beers are amazing! Love their specialty (or seasonal) beers! Their Mochi's are the best I have ever had! And their SIPS are divine also! I love how they team up with other small businesses for collaborations! One of which is their Reve Coffee Stout!

The beer is great, but the atmosphere is slacking. It does not have the vibe that Bayou Teche brewing has. There’s not enough seating, and none of the staff were smiling or in a good mood. Lacked joy

Awesome beers! Fun atmosphere to chill and have some drinks. Great bartenders!

For a brewery with such a high caliber of quality, the bar is a chill, cozy place with friendly staff. Very fun place!

I love this microbrewery ( bought the sticker) amazing beer, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dog patio was perfectly accommodating. Tried Cane Brake ( wheat ale) loved it. Ghost in the machine was a must try and did not disappoint. Favorite was the "Slice" Stout !

Place was cool but we did the tour and tour guide not nice. He had an attitude for some reason and we didnt even get samples! I have been on maybe 15 beer tours and always had samples. Really weird. Dont recommend tour but beer seems ok

Fantastic staff, and the best beers anywhere. Don’t skip the SIPs

This was our second visit to Parish. The staff is knowledgeable but on both visits, very unfriendly. Guess you don't need to be outgoing & nice to sell beer, but I'd bet it would help. A lady from Florida came in while we were there. You could tell she was all excited about the opportunity to visit Parish. One could tell she would have loved to converse about the beer, but the staff was curt. How about making out of town guests feel welcome & actually show them how our Cajun culture is friendly & welcoming? C'mon Parish, I know you can do better

Great Beer and had Clara's Empanadas! We both had flights of beer. This was an afternoon stop after visiting Tabasco Factory.
