Pizza Hut gave me some cold pizza and the pasta wasn't cooked at all it was all milky so we threw it away the person at the place ask me to take it out the trash and bring it back like really I'm pissed I will never return ever in life horrible customer service

I’ve recently pulled up to this location in hopes of placing an order. When I pulled up, workers were outside smoking. One was sitting on a chair and literally coughed and spat right there IN FRONT OF THE STORE. She then went back inside behind the counter. God only knows if they wash their hands before making pizzas. This is by far the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen at an establishment. Thank goodness I was there to witness this. Dominoes it is!

Just got the new cheesy bites pizza, very disappointing especially since the bites had 0 seasoning or butter on it. Also the cinnamon rolls barely had icing and the apple pies had no cinnamon sugar. Very disappointed.

Ordered a super supreme stuff crust and And three maranera sauce,they brought me a plain pepperoni 🍕 pizza and could not get in touch with the store I tried to call them four times plus the door dash delivery guy got me in touch with his boss and he even tried calling the store and no answer,so I paid 28.00 for a pizza I never got 👎🏼 what a useless Pizza Hut 🛖 I had to eat a ham sandwich !!

I've ordered from the Youngsville Pizza Hut for years thought I would try the new one in Broussard. The answering service hung up on me when I said I wanted a meat lovers but with only three meats. So I called the Youngsville and got the same person answering the phone that hung up on me. Decided that we didn't need to have another conversation. They must be using an off-site answering service for both. Decided to eat Mexican

Went there to pickup a doordash order waited 47 minutes before they realized they haven't even started the pizza but instead of letting me know they tried to keep me waiting until it was finished but I heard them saying it was started so I asked their response it'll be out in 10mins the order came with boneless wings the fryer was down the customer agreed to sub pasta they cooked that let it sit for 5-10 minutes before they figured out they didn't cook the pizza so the customer will get cold pasta with warm pizza the store was dirty the had dough in a pan sitting on the floor dust think af on the cash register if they not cleaning what you can see i hate to see what we can't see looks like

Went to order online. Saw a deal for a large 3 topping pizza for 11.99. Thought that sounded like a good deal. I got pepperoni, mushroom , and roasted red peppers. Went to pick up the order, asked for parmesan, and the guy told me that they would have to charge me. I asked them if they had the little foil packs. They said no, it was not a big deal to me. I said it was fine i dont want it. Get to my house and open the box, only to find it is missing the roasted red peppers. Drive back to pizza hut and tell them they forgot a topping. They said that topping was out of stock. The manager asked if i ordered it online, i said yes then the manager said that they have no control over online orders. If i was picking up from that location, why would it let me pick that topping if that location did not have it ? He asked me if i wanted to credit the missing topping ? I said no, i dont want the pizza anymore. Then offered me a refund, i gladly accepted those terms. I dont know what is going on, pizza hut used to be better than this. I can see why every location around my area is rated an average 3 stars. Seems like a lot of people are disappointed with missing toppings, greasy pizza, and sometimes 2 hr deliveries.
