I’ve recently pulled up to this location in hopes of placing an order. When I pulled up, workers were outside smoking. One was sitting on a chair and literally coughed and spat right there IN FRONT OF THE STORE. She then went back inside behind the counter. God only knows if they wash their hands before making pizzas. This is by far the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen at an establishment. Thank goodness I was there to witness this. Dominoes it is!

Just got the new cheesy bites pizza, very disappointing especially since the bites had 0 seasoning or butter on it. Also the cinnamon rolls barely had icing and the apple pies had no cinnamon sugar. Very disappointed.

Ordered a super supreme stuff crust and And three maranera sauce,they brought me a plain pepperoni 🍕 pizza and could not get in touch with the store I tried to call them four times plus the door dash delivery guy got me in touch with his boss and he even tried calling the store and no answer,so I paid 28.00 for a pizza I never got 👎🏼 what a useless Pizza Hut 🛖 I had to eat a ham sandwich !!

I've ordered from the Youngsville Pizza Hut for years thought I would try the new one in Broussard. The answering service hung up on me when I said I wanted a meat lovers but with only three meats. So I called the Youngsville and got the same person answering the phone that hung up on me. Decided that we didn't need to have another conversation. They must be using an off-site answering service for both. Decided to eat Mexican

Went there to pickup a doordash order waited 47 minutes before they realized they haven't even started the pizza but instead of letting me know they tried to keep me waiting until it was finished but I heard them saying it was started so I asked their response it'll be out in 10mins the order came with boneless wings the fryer was down the customer agreed to sub pasta they cooked that let it sit for 5-10 minutes before they figured out they didn't cook the pizza so the customer will get cold pasta with warm pizza the store was dirty the had dough in a pan sitting on the floor dust think af on the cash register if they not cleaning what you can see i hate to see what we can't see looks like

Went to order online. Saw a deal for a large 3 topping pizza for 11.99. Thought that sounded like a good deal. I got pepperoni, mushroom , and roasted red peppers. Went to pick up the order, asked for parmesan, and the guy told me that they would have to charge me. I asked them if they had the little foil packs. They said no, it was not a big deal to me. I said it was fine i dont want it. Get to my house and open the box, only to find it is missing the roasted red peppers. Drive back to pizza hut and tell them they forgot a topping. They said that topping was out of stock. The manager asked if i ordered it online, i said yes then the manager said that they have no control over online orders. If i was picking up from that location, why would it let me pick that topping if that location did not have it ? He asked me if i wanted to credit the missing topping ? I said no, i dont want the pizza anymore. Then offered me a refund, i gladly accepted those terms. I dont know what is going on, pizza hut used to be better than this. I can see why every location around my area is rated an average 3 stars. Seems like a lot of people are disappointed with missing toppings, greasy pizza, and sometimes 2 hr deliveries.

Total was 23.97. Dude gave me 5 dollars and 3 cents. Was planning on giving him the 5 for a tip but knew I was shorted a dollar when he handed my change. God works in mysterious ways. And I don't even know what was going on with this bread sticks lol. Maybe someone was hungry? You be the judge I guess. We won't even talk about how the bread sticks weren't cut.

My order was wrong for an online order and instead of calling me to tell me they were out of multiple things, they put cheese and a pound of garlic on a thin crust pizza. I called the store and talked to 3 people just for them to lie and tell me they tried to call me. The manager that I talked to was dismissive and rude. She was on shift at 8:45pm on 03/14/25. I told her I just wanted to get the money back that I spent on the pizza and she said “What do you mean get the money back?”

I ordered pizza from here which arrived 2 hours late burnt and greasy the driver stated the employee was working alone and backed up and I'm very understanding of someone having a bad day so I left it alone. I then got a coupon for a free pizza for my pizza being over 2hrs late. So I decided to give it another chance and ordered extra things with my free pizza. It arrived missing an item I call the store a guy puts me on hold for the manager 20 mins passed.I decided to go to the store while still on hold I walk in the manager is on her personal phone she didn't greet me or ask me why I was there just proceeded with her phone conversation which explains why I was still on hold for 20 mins. Then proceeds to say the delivery driver stole my food. It was unprofessional and I most definitely won't be going back.
ordered delivery. one pizza and two orders of wings. Took 2 hours on a tuesday night. I live 3 minutes down the road. called 3 times and never got picked up. if you've got time to spare then you could easily waste it here :D

So disappointed, I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas because they seem to be the only ones with pan crust lately...wrong. No crust at all.. I had nothing to grab onto to even pick it up and when i did get it off the box what they had of the bottom crust stuck to the box. So I had 2 pizzas with nothing but sauce all over my fingers.

Between this location and the one in Saint Martinville idk which one is worse. Ordered CHEESEsticks ended up getting what looked like BREADsticks. Pizza was no different, barely any cheese on them and entirely too much crust. Really disappointed in what fast food is becoming as a whole. Some people will support them and continue to bring business, but as a whole, places like this one bring the corporation down. Not a good look at all.
