Will never again order from this place. The coleslaw was inedible, it looked old and like it had been frozen, anyways, the spicy chicken was over cooked and tasted old and the regular chicken was under cooked and pink in the middle. If yall are gonna have young people running these stores, make dye they know what they’re doing, has any of us gotten sick, it’d be a whole other bigger issue.
I will take a loss on my 40 freaking dollars but yall lost a customer! Disgusting and and careless behavior.

Oh and those 2 tiny containers were supposed to be largess, absolutely disappointed,i should have just cooked

I went to get me some lunch. I ordered my food. The girl behind the Register Started coughing uncontrollable in her hands. Then went along to fix my frozen drink without washing her hands. I asked her if she was sick. With an attitude, she said no! If I was sick I wouldn’t be here, and still didn’t wash her hands gave me my drink.She still gave me my drink like that. I took the drink and threw it straight in the trash. This Broussard location got to do better

Placed order through app since it was my lunch break
Arrived and 5 people in line had also placed orders online but NONE of the orders were ready
I understand things happen so i went sit to wait
45 minutes later i asked for a refund bc my food still wasnt ready and i had to go back to work
The manager proceeded to tell me she couldnt refund my money bc i ordered online

Maybe yall should look into this bc there should be a way to refund if a customer asks no matter how the order is placed⁰

My chicken tenders tasted like burnt rubber, literally. I don't know if they threw it on the floor and stomped on it before cooking it or dipped it in something or what but it was obviously tampered with. The chicken sandwich (in the attached picture) had pieces of old burnt nasty food laid across the dead center of it, as shown in the picture. I don't know if they're doing this to everyone or what. I wasn't rude or have a ridiculous order or anything, so I'm not sure what provoked this.

I'm still a little shocked to be honest.

No matter which Popeyes restaurant I go too and ask for fresh food it's still never fresh!

I repeated my order 3 times at the drive up, got to the windows and repeated my order 2 more times and was then asked to pull up so they can get me of the timer. Needless to say, I stayed at the window and ran the clock out so my time was longer than necessary for a simple order.

You can't be responsible enough to send a
customer his drink you should not be allowed to serve ghost pepper period!! Unprofessional
