Being a doordasher.. this is probably the worst Popeyes I pick up from.. they don’t start making the order until you get there and tell them what order you’re there for. They never have the orders already made. I just left from this store without 2 orders because neither was made and they had to cook them.. so unorganized.. lady had to go through a stack of receipts to find my orders.

I pulled up at 10pm. They was just shutting the dinning room down, I couldn't get no one on loud speeker so i drove up to the window, by the time i placed my order it was 10:03pm.. the cashier told me pull up she walk my order out to me. The cashier was super great, she deserves a raise. Another car pulls up an by 10:25pm I still did not have my food but, another car that drove up 5 min after me proceeded to drive off with her order. So I went to the window inquire about my food. That is when I was told they had bad news the drive threw was now closing an the cook already turned off the grease an was cleaning up. They was gonna let me sit out there until 1030 an not fix my order. The one girl was sassy said it would take til 11 but "don't fuss about it being so late that's on you". By 10:38pm I had my food . They was gonna make me come back the next day or refund my money. Bad bad business! Also the gravey for the potatoes had grease in it don't know why since they don't add grease to it

Not very friendly people there. I ordered a 6 piece wings sweet and spicy and there was none of the sweet and spicy sauce on the wings and barely any in the tray. This is the second time I have gotten bad service.

This is the closest location to me by 20 minutes. I've tried to let go of prior issues due to our love of the food (when I receive it, that is).But today is different. The gentleman that took the order didn't say much, if anything. I waited for minutes for him to respond between each answer. I eventually just pulled up to the window to see if the mic was out. No. He just didn't want to be there today, I'm guessing. A lady brought my food up and she was a pure delight. I wish I had told her that directly. She was so sweet.I let it go and moved on, until I opened the food. It looks as if the coleslaw has been eaten on and no one ever answers the phone there. I'm supposed to be at my kids school for a lunch and learn event and I can't give him half of his lunch because I don't know if they only filled it half way and pressed it down or if it had been half eaten. I don't anyone in trouble, I just wish there weren't this many issues most of the time and someone could answer the phone!Edit- I have photos but I can't find how to upload.

First time ordering online, thinking there is no way to mess it up..wrong. I ordered a 5 PC spicy tenders. Chicken is not cooked all the way and mild, I had to cook the chicken all the way through at home. I ordered 3 sauces, Buffalo, sweet heart and blackened ranch. What I got sweet heat, buttermilk ranch, boldbq. I looked in the bag quickly just to make I had 3 sauces so I could get out of the drive thru line because there were 4 cars behind me. The lady that handed me my back didn't even look at me, she didn't a word.. NOTHING! Just attitude. I work in customer service and deal with way more customers than they do per day. I would never have this type of attitude with customers. The owner of this location needs to do some rehiring of people that actually want to work. A persons work ethic is everything
