Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order then another 20 for my 2 drinks. I wouldn’t have continued to wait if I didn’t pay already with my card. Multiple employees are just sitting around outside on their phones while one girl is working inside.

Been waiting so long for my order, I've seen multiple vehicles just leave without food and other customers walking up to the doors looking for their orders.
Got 2 milkshakes and they were COMPLETELY spoiled and rotten. Tasted so sour and spoiled, had to just throw them away.

every order screen is broken they dont have any signs. they take forever then when they get the orders wrong the workers get pissy addittueds. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!!

Signs in many stalls are broken or have been removed completely. Even when ordering ahead with the app, food takes a while and is sometimes no longer hot. Probably worst sonic I've been to.

I could do a long ranty post but since I know it'll just get the same automated response, all I'll say is this: if you want Sonic, just either go to the New Iberia/E St Peter one if you're around Cade, or just go to the Kaliste or Johnston one if you're in Youngsville/Broussard/Lafayette, all 3 are much better ran and maintained than this one.
