experience at this place called Sonic has . Food was literally taken out of the warmer and sold as if it’s fresh . Slow and horrible customer service . Car hops are to busy outside smoking weed and cigarettes instead of delivering great fast food services . I have never seen carhops jump in one vehicle and all staff is on break . Management there sucks makes complaints it goes through on ear and out the other . GUYS IF I WAS YOU I WOULD NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ FOOD IS NEVER FRESH

been waiting for over 30 minutes to get my debit card back. every time I come to this location the service gets worse
Waited 25 minutes for a slushie. When I did recieve it, it was the wrong flavor. Waited another 15 minutes like a dumb ass, then left. Customer service sucks can't believe i tipped.

It’s 6:25 am and I have been at the stall for 10 minutes now. I ordered through the app and checked in but the status bar hasn’t moved from “in the kitchen” since I checked in. 🙄. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with workers not being at work when it’s supposed to be open. 😠

This is a 5 star review for the girl who I assume was the manager on duty at 3:30PM on Friday November 1 (Broussard location). I used Doordash to order 2 Sonic cheeseburgers for my boys. Doordash delivered somebody else’s order (cheese sticks and tots). I called Sonic to explain the mixup. The girl who answered was extremely nice and replaced the order. I picked it up myself. DoorDash please train your employees better.
