Usually I would rate this Starbies better, but I had a not so great experience this morning. The lady who made my Carmel ribbon crunch did not make it with love nor did she follow my request of lining the cup with carmel that I paid extra for. The guy who took my order was AWESOME he was very nice and sweet. But someone had a bad morning and ruined my coffee and I am not a happy camper because this carmel ribbon crunch tastes so bitter I literally am throwing it out. Waste of my money and if I wasn't too embarrassed to go back in and complain I DEFINITELY WOULD.

Sadly this store Juarez doesn’t impress anymore! There a reason there is never a line at this one and that is because your drink never taste correct! I can tell before she even hands it to me it’s wrong it also taste and looks like it’s just been sitting there when I order in the drive through and no one was infront of me . This coffee is to expensive so sadly this will be my last time trying to give them business!

I’ve never had ask for a sleeve, not be served and be directed to be self-served. Evidently it is ‘policy’ to only sleeve venti drinks as my grande is not as hot…🤣 What constitutes a 'tip' worthy behavior...asking for a friend...
This location is always great. I recently tried the dark toffee bundt cake, and it was very dry. I wouldn't recommend the bundt cake, but everything else is great.

I had a small mishap with my order, which wasn't a big deal at all. My drink was just missing ice. But the barista that corrected it went above and beyond. Super great service, didnt catch her name but she has orange hair. She was kind and caring. I Always have great service at this Starbucks 😁
