Usually I would rate this Starbies better, but I had a not so great experience this morning. The lady who made my Carmel ribbon crunch did not make it with love nor did she follow my request of lining the cup with carmel that I paid extra for. The guy who took my order was AWESOME he was very nice and sweet. But someone had a bad morning and ruined my coffee and I am not a happy camper because this carmel ribbon crunch tastes so bitter I literally am throwing it out. Waste of...

I had a small mishap with my order, which wasn't a big deal at all. My drink was just missing ice. But the barista that corrected it went above and beyond. Super great service, didnt catch her name but she has orange hair. She was kind and caring. I Always have great service at this Starbucks 😁
