Ordered my sandwich through the app: it came cold when requested toasted. I paid for avocado spread and did not receive it. When calling to voice my complaints to the restaurant, once a refund was asked for, the lady working hung up on me. They state no one is in store to submit a refund and that the owner has to do it. Ms Lisa, ( the owner) you need to take better pride in what you own. Your employees treat PAYING CUSTOMERS like trash.

Save your time and drive to one of the other subway locations in town. If I wanted a side of attitude when I’m ordering my food, I’d ask for it. Both employees were rude and unfriendly. I seemed like I was a bother despite the fact that I was the only one in there on both occasions I went in the last week. The girl had her AirPods in and still managed to be unfriendly and rude. The sub sandwich wasn’t very good either. It sounded like the girl was mocking me under her breath when I was asking for different things for my sandwich. Never again will I go to this location.

This place has the rudest employees!!!! 5/1/24 at 7:44 a lady took our order if you could call it that. She never greeted us, messed with her phone the entire time she was standing at the counter, didn't move the thing for us to see what we wanted. Absolutely rude!!!!!! I'll never go back in there if I see her behind the counter!!!!FYI if you don't like your job go find a different one.

Why is this place even open they didn’t have anything we asked for, no bowls, no wraps, and two of the bread wasn’t available. It’s lunchtime for most people they need to have a list posted on door and on line stating what they have and don’t have. Completely wasted time going there to not even be able to order.. I will definitely post this as a not to go to place Broussard Albertson pwy! Not to mention attitudes with workers.

Simply went to subway to get a subway sandwich with my family. The second my mother n law went up to peacefully order a sandwich, the lady (kinda tall, has a mole under her eye) immediately gave attitude. I’ve never seen such poor customer service. The entire time me and my family ordered and said what we wanted on our sandwich, the employees would rudely talk to us and act like we were dumb. They put our sandwiches in the toaster without asking, and one of us wanted something on it before it was toasted. Very poor customer service.
