I’ve been coming to this subway for almost 2 years now and Ive never been disappointed!! Alena is one of the most kind, respectful, caring person I’ve ever met in a fast food industry setting. I know when I walk in and see her that my sandwich will be perfect! She always makes sure the food is fresh, everything is always cleaned , she always greets her customers & has made her service personal! She cares about her customers , she remembers orders, and always checks in on us. Thank you Alena for always being positive and up beat!! I would love to see her become a bigger part of the subway corporation!!

Watched the guy with black rim glasses go from cleaning the bathrooms with paper towels and spray directly to behind the counter and fixing food without washing his hands. Save yourself a trip to the urgent care.

This place is going down hill, the employees used to be so friendly but now I don't know what they did but they need new staff. When you tell someone that the wrong topping and u keep it on the sandwich and then when I asked for it to be taken off u get mad. No sir, if thing don't change I will be finding a new subway.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY, on several occasions, and multiple different accounts, they haven't toasted ANY of the sandwiches on my mobile orders. Then when i called they tried to tell me its just cold because it was a pickup order, like i cant tell the difference between toasted and not toasted bread. the only reason i give 3 stars for service is because they were very polite and refunded my order. otherwise, they think they can just be lazy and not make people's food the way they ordered, because they aren't there watching them.

Went today with a coupon that said buy one footling and get one free. My wife who is gluten free wanted a salad (aka a footling without the bread). They said “No. We can’t do that.” Technically, I am saving you money by not ordering the bread. This makes zero sense. We left as unhappy customers and didn’t buy a thing.
