This place is going down hill, the employees used to be so friendly but now I don't know what they did but they need new staff. When you tell someone that the wrong topping and u keep it on the sandwich and then when I asked for it to be taken off u get mad. No sir, if thing don't change I will be finding a new subway.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY, on several occasions, and multiple different accounts, they haven't toasted ANY of the sandwiches on my mobile orders. Then when i called they tried to tell me its just cold because it was a pickup order, like i cant tell the difference between toasted and not toasted bread. the only reason i give 3 stars for service is because they were very polite and refunded my order. otherwise, they think they can just be lazy and not make people's food the way they ordered, because they aren't there watching them.

I went in tonight (8/29/22) and the two young ladies working tonight have a wonderful attitude and kept me quite entertained throughout my order. It is nice to have such enthusiastic employees to brighten my day after having a not so great one. Keep up the good work ladies and a good day to y’all.

Went today with a coupon that said buy one footling and get one free. My wife who is gluten free wanted a salad (aka a footling without the bread). They said “No. We can’t do that.” Technically, I am saving you money by not ordering the bread. This makes zero sense. We left as unhappy customers and didn’t buy a thing.

When the store says they are open until 9 PM, they should serve the customers until 9 PM and not say sorry we are closed even though I got there by 8:51 and asked for just one sandwich. Was very disappointed.

I went in tonight October,4,2020 and had the pleasure to meet a girl with a bun did not get to catch her name, she made my steak and cheese wrap which I might add was phenomenal but you could tell she was having a rough night but she joked around with me and made be laugh and kept me entertained till I walked out the door I will be going back and I hope to see her again!!
