When I say these cookies are phenomenal, I mean it. But what I love more than the cookies is the customer service! Absolutely friendly and informative and it’s so clean as well!

This is my favorite cookie shop! It's like a boutique, specially curated! Vera and her family run a truly amazing business. The quality of the cookies and brownies is unmatched—always fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. Their customer service is just as sweet, and the store itself has such a warm, welcoming vibe. You can tell every detail is done with care. Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!

The staff members are so sweet and friendly at The Cookie Door. The cookies are heaven and their creativity in the types and flavors are unmatched. From Nutella to Biscoff to their amazing Turtle Brownies, you'll be sure to find something to your liking at this gem of a dessert bakery. My wife and daughter agree, this is one of our favorite cookie stores as they are consistent with flavor and courtesy, time and time again. We'll certainly be back again soon. 5 stars.

today was my 1st time visiting and trying the cookie door. Upon entering, I was greeted by the sweetest lady "the owner" she told me about her items and how things were sold, so I grabbed two mint to b cookies for my son and his friend, and myself the Christmas tree cookie.. when I tell you, these cookies were AMAZING 👏 .. my son didn't waste no time at all eating his! He said that was the best cookies he ever had! Can't wait to go back and try more!

I tried cookies here when I visited Acadiana Eats in Scott a couple of weekends ago. I purchased the Red Velvet Oreo and PB Milk Shake. These cookies were AMAZING and sooo moist. Melt in your mouth good! Perfect and the right amount of sweet. I was determined to find the storefront location and we'll definitely be visiting soon and sharing the word! The customer service and ppl are friendly as well.
