Restaurant was filthy, with the restrooms in need of a health inspection. The drink machine in the dining room does not work. They were out of several selections in the back. Staff wasn't necessarily rude, but they weren't outgoing and friendly either.

This has to be the worst location in Louisiana No matter what time of day or what you order you will have to pull aside and park with the others that are doing the same. 5-10 minutes. When you get your order it’s like a mystery bag. You never know what you will end up with.

When you forget my Dave's single after waiting 20 minutes for it, and pull back in to get it, and it doesn't have tomatoe on it. This tells me that you hate the customer. It also tells me how lazy and unforthcoming an individual you are. They will also just say they are out of an item instantly on the spot when you have to ask YOUSELF why it is not in your BAG. They are WEASELS

Atrocious. Asked to pull forward for two biggie bags with chicken sandwiches. Would not give me a receipt, saif the machine was broken. After we pulled forward, they gave FOUR vehicles their food while we waited. All dining room doors were locked at 2pm, and we needed the restroom. We went in through the station side to the bathroom ( that wendys shares) and there was NO TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWELS. How are employees supposed to clean up like that?
When we finally got out food the fries weren't even hot. Horrible service, will never go back.

I paid $13 for a #7 combo, and they put so much mayonnaise that it ozzed out the back all over the place, and i couldn't finish it. The drive thru was slow, but it was lunch.
