Placed a mobile order waited 10 minutes in line, to be told to move up and wait another 5 minutes for my food. Quite annoying that mobile orders can't even be ordered ahead of time and just be able to pick it up and go.

The food was doo doo! I am never eating at this possessed pigtailed restaurant ever again. I hate this place! The food? Undercooked. The service? Terrible. The wait? 40 mins! I’m traumatized from this restaurant and I might just leave the earth.
0/100. Workers here don't seem to care about their job. A simple "enjoy your meal" would suffice but 9 times out of 10 the workers don't say anything. Often times they forget items that I ordered and paid for, and when I come back there are zero apologies or customer service etiquette. They never give a receipt with my order so it leaves me lost for words. The food tastes terrible and the cleanliness of the establishment is non-existent. Today I was served expired tortilla chips. Do us all a favor and shutdown the establishment and clean it before the health inspectors fine you.

if i could turn the star black instead of gold i would as nothing was bright about my experience here. are the workers here illiterate, or do they just not know how to open their mouths? 0/10. me and my brother richard pow aka dik will never be back.i’m calling the health inspectors to do a review of this filthy establishment. some of the workers were in the back vaping, they even microwaved my fries.

I just want to say the girl who took our order is the best! We have been to this Wendy's multiple times and every experience has not been the greatest. I didn't get her name, but she took our order fast and easy. She was very accurate. We got everything we asked for. She hooked us up. Besides that, you can tell she brings a certain energy. She was smiling and had everyone else smiling. It's always nice to see someone like this in any part of the restaurant business. Make this girl a manager or trainer. I don't know her name, she had long blonde hair and was working the drive through around 2:30 today. Someone recognize this girl for working hard and being so genuine. She deserves it!

Horrible service don’t waste your time coming here. We went inside to order and the employees just sat in the dining room on their phones looking at us like we were stupid, refused to take our order. Floors were so sticky. Went to use the restroom, smelled horrible, locks were broken, out of soap and toilets had p*** floating in them. This entire place is disgusting and should be shut down by the health department don’t go here.
