Back in the day, you went to Bernard's or Browns. Bernard's has been closed for years. Browns still offers chicken box, shrimp box or fish box, just like back in the day. I bought a shrimp and fish box. Still fresh and delicious! Love what they did inside. Very comfy and casual. Love this place!

The best fried shrimp, fish AND chicken on this side the river!! You can eat there or take it to go. The vibe inside be so cool, it makes you want to stay and eat tho. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I plan to eat here at least once a week until eternity.
A great hole in the wall place with amazing home cooked food and a great staff. I had the combo seafood platter and it was some of the best fried shrimp and fish I've ever had. Get the mac n cheese!

When I entered the cafe I was greeted by a kind young lady. The television was on. The music was low. I loved the wall where people signed that they were there ( pretty neat). I sat at the bar to scan the menu. I ordered two large shrimp plates. I had to order a small fry on the side due to not being able to switch out the potato salad. Everything was hot and fresh. The shrimps were delicious. The fries were good. I'm not a potato salad girl, so it was okay to me. I can see myself returning to try out other items on the menu.
Parking: Maybe three vehicles can park in front of the building. If full, you'll have to park along the street.
