Food portions are great. The service was great. Not busy, the restaurant has plenty of room to accommodate large groups. The spanish rice needs some adjustment (sorry). I'm very picky when it comes to authentic Spanish rice. It can not be undercooked or overcooked. The music is too loud (reggeaton has vulgar lyrics in Spanish, not appropriate). Music Playlist; Pedro Infante, Jorge Negrete, Lorenzo Negrete, Ana Gabriel, Selena y Los Dinos, Alicia Villanueva, Linda Ronstadt Canciones De Mi Padre, Mariachi music. Make some horchata and jugo de Jamaica.
It was very noisy we didn’t get our food for 1 hour and half service was horrible not recommended to go again😤
We had a party of 6.We went on a Wednesday night. It was out first visit. The drinks & food was amazing. Portions were more than enough. I will go again. I would have given all 5 stars but it took quite a long time between our drink order & out waitress to come back for our food order & there weren't that many customers in there. But, once we ordered it didn't take long to get our food.
I tried to dine in today. They were busy. I was told it would be 10-15 mins wait. Needed a table for one. I agreed to wait and gave them my name. Several more families came in and were put on the list. At 25 mins, still waiting, they seated a family of four who came in after me. Not happy. Then a couple came in 20 minutes after me. They were seated after I waited 30 minutes for a table. They were “slid in” for a waitress that works there. It’s very disappointing. I would go there about three times a month because I enjoy the food and drinks. They do not, no did not disappoint. I ended up leaving after waiting for a table for 35 minutes. You’ve just lost this customer.
Great place. Great service, Good food.
Had a fine lunch with a great waitress! The white cheese dip is superior to other Mexican Restaurants in our area. An outstanding chips, bean dip, and salsa were served along the best taco salad (beef) with fresh chopped lettuce! Truly a delicious experience!
Great place and owned by the same folks as Las Palmas. Thumbs up to all the brisket dishes - my personal fave! 🥰
This place has definitely gone down the tubes. I think the only reason they still have the business they do is because it’s in an area where there are not many choices. Last night my daughter and I went and the waitress couldn’t even say hello or anything. After about 15 or more minutes, we had to ask 3 times to have our order taken. She finally walked over and just looked at us. Then when she brought the food she just put it on the table, didn’t say a work and walked away. To make it worse, she would not come back to the table so my daughter had to call the restaurant from our table to put in an order to go to bring home. She was horrible!!! This is NOT the first time we have gotten crappy service here. The waitresses need attitude adjustments or need to find another job. The owner needs to step up and pay attention to what is going on in this place. What an embarrassment for a small community who wants to support local businesses.
Went in and had dinner and for Louisiana I must say the mexican food was pretty dang good. Will definitely come back

Vegetarian options: Its Mexican food, if you can't find a veggietarrian option then you're blind
Kid-friendliness: They sang happy birthday to my son who is 14 this week.
They put a big sombrero on his head and we sang and the brought him a plate of sugared pastries (they looked like baggets) he enjoyed it very much
Wheelchair accessibility: The side walk is low enough that someone in a wheelchair could easily access the door also there was handicap parking right in front.

I tried the fajitas plates! One of the best dishes
Great food and drinks. The owner is present in the business and really cares about the local community.
We brought a spanish-speaking friend of ours to the restaurant and it was quite interesting to see her in Iraq with the server who was also Spanish speaking. It's always good to have your personal interpreter at a Mexican restaurant you know. The food was good the service was wonderful atmosphere was okay it was quiet not loud it was really a nice experience.

This is the 1st & last time we will eat @ this restaurant. The food was cold as the waiter, taco shells were like uncooked boxed taco shell w/ cold meat, beans (cheese never melted),& rice. I discreetly mentioned to the waiter then he whisked away. I saw where he spoke to his mgr. to get approval for another plate. He brought the new plate with hot rice, beans, same cold tacos I wanted to just leave. I thanked him…tipped him..not once did he apologize nor did the mgr. walk over. Little did you know…you got your 20% tip… we would have doubled that for good service. That would only take a smile. This place had neither. I do not like to rate a negative rating …but you guy’s asked for It… it was an awful experience . I came home & cooked the taco shells/meat in my air fryer. I was right on the money ..shells were uncooked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Food was not good at all, the waitress was ok but the prices DO NOT match the foods quality. No desire to return.
