Dropped meat off on Friday get a phone call Monday my stuff is ready! The fresh sausage and burgers are on point!
My husband brought his deer to Swole's Sausage and he absolutely loved the results. He processes his own deer but lets Swoles do the sausage. The process was fast get the deer back less than a week. We got the jalapeño cheeder sausage and pepperjack cheese/pineapple. Excellent.
Been following Swole on Facebook for a while now and got tired of seeing all the sausage.. took a 2 and a half hour drive , and it was worth it ! So far I’ve only tried the brisket pepper jack sausage and boudin dip, but that alone was enough!! When he says 100% meat, no fillers , he means it !
