It took absolutely what seemed like forever to get what was actually my order. In the almost hour and 15 minutes it took to receive an order I had placed on the app almost twenty minutes prior to arriving the carhop came to my window 3 times asking if the order in hand was mine and each time the tickets clearly read an entirely different stall number than mine...

This location the same special as other locations. I do understand that each location is independently owned by different people but to not have the one special that every other sonic in the surrounding area have is ridiculous. Everyone goes to sonic in the mornings for half price drinks. That’s the one special most people count on. For this location to not offer it is just ridiculous. I’ve also visited this location for food as well, and not only does the quality suck so does the service. I waited for almost an hour for two regular sonic burgers. There were two they people there also that still had not received their food when I got there. That’s just absolutely ridiculous. I do feel this location needs new owners and management
