It was three orders my daughter and her husband ordered Burgers and fries and tots and drinks they was nothing wrong with their orders. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich. This is the problem. The chicken patty was so tough and dry it had no taste at all. The chicken patty was flat and dried out as if was cooked earlier in the day. This was around 8 at night when we went on January 17,2026. That was the most awful chicken sandwich I have ever purchased at any sonic. It was cold and hard to chew.The patty was flat as a I could taste the pickles and lettuce in the sandwich but no chicken. I was very disappointed in the chicken sandwich. It was 39 dollars I believe for 1 hamburger sonic meal with medium fries and medium vanilla dr.pepper. one all American burger meal with sprite and tots. And I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a coke..the only thing that tasted good was the onion rings. The chicken sandwich was awful.

Called corporate they said call the sonic i bought from sonic didnt answer 5 times. Wasn't during a lunch rush. I orders a #4 burger add bacon just the burger. Also got 2 corndogs 2 small sprites med tots med coke
What i received was 1 $ cheeseburger add bacon and the rest was right. What was on the receipt was a #3 combo. (Which i did not receive) and NO #4 burger and the rest was right. I basically paid 6$ extra for absolutely nothing....the solution they offered u ask? I was instructed to make an account in sonic app for a free coupon....what makes u think I wanna spend more money if I just wasted 6$ for nothing and im still hungry. And calhoun cant answer the phone to solve my problem. Neither sonic nor corporate sonic can help u. Goodluck everybody else

Fast food can be hit or miss bit, this location gets it right 95% of the time. Food was hot and fresh, Garrett, the carhop was very friendly and service was quick!! Will be back!!

For over 20 years I have gotten a little ranch packet to go with my Sonic Tots. Now when I try to get a ranch packet they want to charge me extra for the condiments. Ever since the dawn of restaurants, condiments have been part of the overhead and offered as a free convenience. I consider this move by Sonic and anyone else charging for condiments too greedy and establiments that I can no longer do business with. Ya'll don't give credit for things taken off why charge for a little extra?

Don't get me wrong. I love sonic, but whoever is salting the fries and tater tots here needs to lay off. Y'all are gonna give somebody sodium poisoning, it is way too much. My husband got fries this morning and I got tater tots and we couldn't even eat them

Food is ALWAYS right. Quick and friendly service. This sonic is ran perfectly and probably doesn't get enough recognition being tucked away in Calhoun right off i20. Definitely recommend!
