Good people <3 we have been buying from the “Zeus couple” since they were previously at Ruston Farmer’s market on Saturdays. It’s awesome to be able to visit their food truck during the week now. Love the juices (it’s the only place in Ruston to buy freshly juiced juice)… and they’ve helped make my pregnancy even healthier! I always feel better from drinking the good juice. :) The salads are also great - toppings on the side which I really appreciate - and last week I had their açaí bowl. YUM; great choice on a warm day. Can’t recommend highly enough.

From meeting the owners, to savoring every last swig of juice, I am tickled from my experience. I often avoid juices because they are loaded with sugar, from concentrates and or preservatives. More than delicious, this is a satisfying change of pace.I visit the farmer's market when I can and this is my first stop every time. They also work with store fronts in Monroe. Looking forward to future developments!
