When I turned in there were 3 cars in line. It took 28 minutes from the time I pulled in till I got my food. If the drive thru wasn't a single lane blocked on both side I would have left. Once I left with my food and got back on the highway I realized all of the food was cold and soggy. If I hadn't been late I would have turned back. It was so soggy I couldn't even eat it and had to throw it away.

I am a fan of Burger King’s food. I have always found their burgers to be superior to the place with the arches. But this particular franchise is just terrible. I am not speaking of one visit, I am speaking of the last four or five trips. The food has been wrong or cooked improperly, which is unforgivable. Then there is this new trend of the person at the window making me back up and wait, one time almost 10 minutes, just to pull back up to the window to get my order which was wrong. Last night, I wasn’t paying attention and the person tried to wave out the window for me not to pull forward when the car in front of me pulled off, when I did, I was met with a very unhappy attendant and was forced to put my truck in reverse and the vehicle behind me also had to back up. This will eventually cause an accident, and I do not understand the purpose of these shenanigans. Then to top it all of the smell of body Oder from the large man who ended up handing us our food was so strong, we decided not to eat once we got it home.

The staff from this location is horrible!!! They are all so RACIST!!! How can you yell to a customer when driving away to go back to Mexico?? I am a US Citizen?? Why should I go back to Mexico? This is unacceptable never am I am coming to this location again they are racial profiling people and I am scared if they tampered my food!! It’s horrible seeing grown adults being so racist towards the customers

Food was ok but thats the norm. they always look closed. It's always hit or miss here but usually it's a miss. We only eat here as a last resort as if nothing else is open.
The restaurant maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy. I was truly impressed!

Sorry ass lady at the window had me repeat my order several times then asked my if I needed to order after I told her what I wanted several times completely ignored me and it wasn’t even busy service it trash then had the audacity to ask me to back up until my food was ready

My fries and onion rings were undercooked. Still taste frozen pieces. My whopper Jr was scorching hot like it was heated in the microwave. Had to back up in drive thru because the worker wanted to reset drive thru time. I would encourage no one to eat here. This business needs to be shut down immediately

I got the spicy chicken sandwich and thankfully noticed it was raw in the middle before eating the whole thing. Just check your chicken before eating. The manager was nice and refunded it. but now i have food poisoning :/
