Food was ok but thats the norm. they always look closed. It's always hit or miss here but usually it's a miss. We only eat here as a last resort as if nothing else is open.

Sorry ass lady at the window had me repeat my order several times then asked my if I needed to order after I told her what I wanted several times completely ignored me and it wasn’t even busy service it trash then had the audacity to ask me to back up until my food was ready

My fries and onion rings were undercooked. Still taste frozen pieces. My whopper Jr was scorching hot like it was heated in the microwave. Had to back up in drive thru because the worker wanted to reset drive thru time. I would encourage no one to eat here. This business needs to be shut down immediately

I got the spicy chicken sandwich and thankfully noticed it was raw in the middle before eating the whole thing. Just check your chicken before eating. The manager was nice and refunded it. but now i have food poisoning :/

Absolutely ridiculous that it been 40 minutes since I’ve ordered my food. I waited in line and then they told me that their machine does not work. The lady at the counter is filling up napkins instead of putting my food inside of a bag and handing it to me. Don’t come here if you want warm food. Instead someone helping out they are playing on their phone right in front of me.

I waited 20 minutes for my food. Paid $13 and change for #2. Got to work late open the bag she gave 1 burger, small 2 fries and 2 chicken nuggets. I called she put the phone down, and I can hear for 10 minutes is her telling customers they are closed. WTH! I WANT MY MONEY

My chicken sandwich was awful. Two quarter size pieces of lettuce. One smudge of mayonnaise. The bread was hard and stale. My large order of onion rings was cold and stale. I spent $18 there and couldn’t eat the food. This is so sad and disgusting because until yesterday Burger King was my favorite place to eat fast food.

This place is crap and I wish there was a manager that can do her job right. My order is always wrong and when I bring it to their attention all she can say is “I don’t know”. On top of that I didn’t even receive an apology. What is wrong with these people? And if I want to file a complaint guess what? The manager is the one who takes the complaint even if it’s on her.

Note: why do they always ask us to back up when we get to the window. Faking I guess on how fast the service is. It’s a joke and my kid loves the food. Why isn’t the manager being taught how to do her job?

They always take forever at this location especially at night. & they’re so concerned with their window times that you’re having to do parcour when you get to the window lol! Attitude is always present. The only positive thing I have to say is that the food is normally always fresh but the wait is a minimum of 4 mins no matter what time you visit…

I pulled up at 1:10 and there were workers outside of the establishment waving me off outside of the establishment enough though it is an 24 hour restaurant according to the website that I believed and traveled over 100 miles to be denied a meal. I am disgusted by such people and will never be apart of an organization again!

This is, by far, the most ghetto burger king that I have ever experienced. Every time that I come to this location, there's a problem.

This morning, 5/29/24, I pulled up to place an order, and no one answered for about 7-8 minutes. When they finally decided to say something, it was to tell me that they were not open right now. I asked what time they opened, and she told me that they weren't open right now. I let her know that I heard that, but I wanted to know what time are you supposed to open. She finally told me 6am, but they were running late and weren't open right now. It was so unprofessional.

On another occasion, I ordered an original chicken sandwich and was told that they weren't cooking chicken. So I asked if this was something that only this location is doing. The girl got upset and told me to just order my sandwich.

Every time I come here, I'm told to back up once I reach the window and then pull back forward. I'm not quite sure why this happens every time, but it is pretty annoying.

For this to be a fast food restaurant, there's nothing fast about it. I've been late to work before dealing with these ppl. I ordered a combo that took 27 minutes to come out. This is completely unacceptable, as there was no explanation for the delay. I literally could've gone and sat down and ordered my food at a restaurant and received it in similar or less time.

I think im just going to have to stop visiting this location, because there's never a good experience.
