CC's Coffee House

Over 12 minutes waiting for an iced espresso. Riley and Christian baristas chatting and just playing around talking about their celebrity crushes. And using iPad to share pics. No management of cafe orders versus 100% drive thru. Agree with previous reviews. This place has gone down hill. Need a grown adult back there. These children are insane. If I worked like this back in my college Starbucks days, I’ve be fired week 1.

Went to get a coffee. Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes after ordering. Not a single employee acknowledged me after placing my order. Several other customers received their orders after me and when I asked to get my money back not a single one of the 7 employees there apologized. Do not recommend.

The employees are nice and efficient, my only critique is for the takeout orders. I notice that they call some people‘s names, but not others. It is easy to just pay attention and look and see which order is yours, but if you are going to call people’s names to grab their order, either call all names or none at all.

Good coffee drinks have to start with excellent coffee, and the coffee is excellent! The medium-roast drip coffee makes what you typocally get from Starbucks taste like burned gravel. Delightful, cheerful service makes it taste even better!

On my way to laffy, I went thru the drive thru, made my order with no problem. I ordered the Small Mochasippe, it was perfect brusting with flavor to boost me up today. Awesome customer serivce, very friendly and kind. Prices where fair. Drive thru went fast , not long of a wait time.

Picked up a cappuccino for my mother. i could tell the cup didn’t feel very full for a medium size drink. i asked where the cappuccino was and she explained that its 1/3 steamed milk. 30 mins later this was the amount in the cup after the froth turned into liquid. I also asked for whip cream on top to be told its not made that way. never again will i spend that kind of money on this much beverage 🤦🏻‍♀️

Longest wait time of every CCs in Lafayette! Service is so slow!!

I have been a daily visitor for a couple years and the staff always provides friendly, fast, and accurate service.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this location needs serious attention. There should be adult supervision or a manager present at all times—it’s always just kids behind the counter. It takes an unreasonably long time to get even one coffee, and when it finally comes out, it’s usually wrong. I’d rather drive to another location than wait 30 minutes here for a messed-up order.
