Crawfish Hole in Carencro USED to be my favorite place for blue point crabs, but now I am currently in search for a new place since they all of a sudden took their customers out of the equation by allowing one spice option-which has NO TASTE! The taste is now nonexistent and has no flavor! I reached out to Crawfish Hole privately to address their decision and they said management would contact me. Weeks later and NO ONE has contacted me. Any business that lessens options for loyal customers who spend their own hard money is bad for business. I will never return again.

Welllllll seasoned, argu nized, I know it's organized. There crawfish specials are awesome, no seasoning on top the crawfish.
Food is always great and prices are competitive! Staff is always super friendly and efficient. And keep an eye out on their FB for the real deals! The service and food quality is good enough that I'm usually a customer once a week lately.

TRUCKERS WHILE WORKING CAN NOT EAT HERE OR EVEN ORDER FOOD. I'm an otr truck driver and went out of my way to eat here. I am not from the area and was delivering down the block.The first time the line was very long so I came back again when they just opened and they had NO CUSTOMERS YET... I was refused service because I'm a truck driver. I informed them I can't squeeze my rig ( just tractor) in the narrow driveway but I can easily walk up to the window. This was still not acceptable and was still refused service. This was at the direction of the store manager! I was thrown off because I have NEVER been refused service when they actually see my truck behind me.
How quick people forget COVID or the basic fact that I sacrifice my family time for all of you and this is disgusting how quickly people ignore the men and women who ACTUALLY BRING ALL OF YOU YOUR THINGS¡!!!!!!!!!!!
The manager should be fired and please don't bother with your shallow response as if this was a misunderstanding.
