Very disappointed with the food.. fries where soggy.. bread was spongy and overall not good

I’m not sure how anyone else feels about DICKEY*S but me and my crew don’t have any complaints!
The first time we came to Lafayette it was a really nice African American lady help us with our order. And let’s just say her customers service was SIMPLE AMAZING! She took her time and explained the menu and also gave recommendations and everything she recommends was amazing. It was so good here we are back again 3 months later and now we had the pleasure with dealing with a young man named Ali.
Not only was the food good his customers service was just as good. Although the helper (same person on both visits ) wasn’t as out spoke. He was real nice as well!
Our order did come out a little messed up. But being that it is Father’s Day we completely understand. Ali corrected all eras in a speedy way and for that we were thankful.
No worriers we will be back the next time we are in the area!

Food was Awesome. We had to wait 15+ minutes to make our order. Everyone there was polite and friendly. They were also out of foods that were on the menu at 12:45 pm.

Was very disappointed, loaded brisket potatoes, nothing but fat not good meat, ask for extra bbq sauce, did not get it. Potatoes were hard, not worth money spent, go to real bbq place

This dude served me cold food ,mac and cheese cold ,potatoe casserole cold,,white gravy cold only thing kind of warm was the chicken ,and i'm not talkin bout just warm or cool i'm talkin bout like its been sitting in the cooler ...smh never again

Service and food was great. The meat falls apart. I like that they have warm bbq sauce for u to put on your food. They have big yellow cup.

Food is great and the service is number 1!!!! I love this place...

went eat dinner with my girlfriend had quite the entertainment while doing so. One of the workers was going off on the phone telling someone she might as well kill their whole family. Then she starts going off about Trump not giving a stimulus, deporting Mexicans and then blabbing on about trannies In prison being moved from their own facility, being mixed in with male prisoners. WOW! Oh and the brisket was BURNT on our sandwiches.

Only got half of my order and can not get anyone to care about a paying customer

Couldn't place a pick up order over the phone or on their web site. Had to go inside, place the order and wait. Only two people working, no one to answer the phone and the food was mediocre. Won't be going back!

I ordered the 3 meat plate, Beef brisket, pulled pork, beef brisket chopped. The food was Hot and tasted great, the serivce was good. But I was missing meat. I only eneded up with two meats, not three like I paid for. But the food was good. I just hope in the Future when I order they can count up to three ??. In the end it was worth a 25 min drive. Good Choices in food Items. Online ordering made it fast and easy to get my order.

Parking: There drive thru is a lil hard to get too being that you enter from the back road, second drive way, they should put a sign to better help customers find there way to the drive thru. Or turn in beside super one.
