I ordered the Bae burger & fries. My bun was burnt, my fries were cold, my egg was over done, the cheese was old AND they didn't add the grilled onions I requested (and was charged extra for). So to say how the burger was, unfortunately I can't... and it wasn't cut in half like I requested, but that's fine.
My fiance ordered a spicy shrimp wrap which he enjoyed, except that he requested grilled onions (was charged extra for this) weren't on the wrap nor was there cheese and his fries were also cold.
I placed the order online at 8:46 and picked it up at 9pm (the site said it'd be ready at 9:06), the site said they closed at 10. With an hour left, serving burnt & cold food is wild.
I normally order the Mile High, I guess I should have stayed w/ what I know. I hope the next person gets a fresh burger & fries. And don't forget to ask for ketchup because they won't put it unless you ask.

It is an OK place, met my husband here for lunch, I showed up 1st and was not approached for a drink till he showed up 5 mins later. I felt like they cater to men way more than women, small place and kinda cramped. Food was not bad but not great, to many other options in town for great food to spend money on. The tvs at the booths was great.

Our burgers were good but both of my kids got food poisoning after eating the hot dogs. Waitress made us feel rushed. Will NEVER go back.

Service and food was good. But, patrons in the bar area was vaping. To no avail the vaping continued after complaining to worker. We even moved to a different table further away from people vaping. The people laugh after we complained and continued. They left before us and stared and laugh on they way out. You would think they would be courteous and go outside to vape. I will take my business elsewhere. They are plenty of restaurants in the Carencro area.

Wife found hair in hamburger. Manager didn’t even come out to see us at all They made another burger and still charged for the burger

I went to eat dinner here tonight and ordered the Mahi Mahi and I got to say I was terribly disappointed i took one bite and no flavor what so ever just a herb taste. And to top it off it was very dry! It was definitely not a fresh taste and had me wanting to leave. The server was very nice enough to get me some garlic butter and lemon and even that wasn't good enough to make it taste good. So I technically had two bites out of it total and was still not satisfied. My bill was 78 dollars and I left a 7 dollar tip only for the server. I felt sorry for her because it must of been embarrassing for her to serve that plate to me. To the cook who served me that fish tonight you definitely need to be fired for over cooking that fish and serving up frozen salt water fish. You have no taste or love for cooking and disappointed not only one person tonight but plenty of people who love coming here. I will never ever come here again. Just to know one plate told me many things about how someone did not care about their job and their love for cooking. I really wanted to come back there and slap the cook not in a good way 😒

WORST meal ever! Had the grilled Maui —- very rubbery, over cooked. We sent entire dish back! It came with garlic mashed potatoes, which seemed like they had been reheated too many times. Granted this place says Bar & Grille —- probably should stick “bar only “ My hubs had the coney chili dog even he said it was horrible and how do you mess up a hot dog!
