Worst McDonald’s ever, I ordered 3 Bacon McDoubles on Sunday, no condiments and extra onions. They gave me no condiments and no onions. I ordered 3 more tonight, wife went to get it. They gave it to her at the window and of course no onions. She parks, goes inside to let them know. They replaced the 3 burgers with 3 new ones, guess what, still no onions. Stop serving Raw Quarter Pound Patties. improve on your customer service especially if the customer brings back the raw burger. The manager never apologized and I asked for more fries since the ones I had were now cold and she never fulfilled that request. the problem is I made it home to find out the burger was not cooked and had to drive back to the restaurant. That 1 meal was $9.93 and it's shameful to get such poor food and POOR customer service.
Terrible… I swear I feel more like an idiot trying to give them a chance. Every single time I go… there is a problem.
Constantly have to repeat myself. Everything is always wrong. Something is always broken. Service is horrible. Employees are rude and ugly.
I’ve spoke with managers numerous times and nothing has been done.
I could go on… but it’s not worth my time anymore. I would say over all that Carencro is the worst location.
