Slow during rush hour
I never returned there after the employee in the restroom return to work without washing his hands they can keep McDonald's frfr
Cold fries, McCrispy Deluxe that was thrown in the box. Found the sandwich buried in a box of lettuce, no mayo, the bottom bun was burnt and chicken patty was hard. So glad I waited in spot 3 while this $9 masterpiece was created. At least the raccoon I tossed the fries and sandwich to out of the window on my way home will eat tonight. How does this place stay open?

The Manager on duty is rude!!! Her name is Destiny but she wouldn’t give me her last name! Her customer service was horrible and something needs to be done!!
Drive thru not working line 1. After 5 minutes of waiting to place my order and seeing line 2 process a dozen orders, I had to drive over the curb to get out. I tried to tell the person at the window lane 1 not taking orders and she said “your truck is too tall” wth 🤦🏻♂️

Chicken Mac....awful. Maybe because it wasn't hot or prepared fresh. This location used to be the best McDonald's. Passed up 3 other McDonald's to come to this one. Highly disappointed. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing or came at the wrong time.

Workers are depressed. They either have an attitude or either take forever to get the food ready. Drinks almost taste like paper.

probably one of the worst mcdonalds in our area! they never fail to get my order wrong and then when u say something they have a attitude about it! sent my husband to pick up my online order and he checks the bag they forgot the fries had all 4 burgers wrong and forgot the coffee when he said something they acted like they didn’t hear him he had to go in to get it fixed and they gave him nothing but attitude! this is ridiculous gonna stop going to this location not to mention we received cold nasty fries that looks like they been sitting for hours

After multiple issues at this location, it’s time for a review. First, the guy with the glasses that works the drive thru is always super-nice. He deserves a raise.
As for the rest… I understand that ppl make mistakes. Sometimes the order is wrong or someone is having a bad day. But what happened today, though a minor issue, proves that this location is under bad management.
I placed my order for a meal, with a large mango pineapple smoothie. The woman at the window handed me my drink first, which had about 2 inches or more gap between the smoothie & the top of the cup… it looked as though someone took a couple of huge gulps out of my drink! I don’t think that was the case. I just think the employee filling the drinks wasn’t paying attention. I told the lady at the window it wasn’t full & handed it back to her. She turned to the person filling the drinks & said, “Uh, she want it full.” Like it was an unusual request to receive a large drink after I had paid for a large drink… as though it’s unthinkable to expect my large drink to be full, or even mostly full. It wasn’t just a little lower from the brim than usual… that’s reasonable. What is not reasonable is that she saw that the drink clearly had some missing & handed it to me anyway, and then proceeded to act as though asking for a full drink wasn’t expected!! Yes, it’s a minor inconvenience, but it points to a larger problem… we have an epidemic of managers who show no interest in actually managing or training employees how to be good employees. There is a severe lack of social etiquette & desire to do a job well. We don’t expect better from managers or employees, so the bar keeps getting lowered, until we are left with bad service that has become the norm. We are urged to lower our expectations, instead of expecting quality service & products.
