Ordered a pizza did not listen to instructions brought it to the wrong camper charged me anyway never got the pizza half the time you can’t understand them or they can’t understand you surprise they come from another country 🙄☹️🤬

The food from this location was very disappointing. It was not the standard pizza hut style by any means. I was undercooked, falling apart, incorrect amount of toppings and the crust was like a mix between pan and hand tossed.

I'm a single mother,who sometimes treat my kids to something they like! So we ordered the one topping stuff chrust pizza with the 16 wings. The wings were ok but cold! The pizza was cold ,the chrust was not chewable alomost like rubber cheese was cold and stiff on the inside and those new pepperoni you'll using taste like bologna and not a good quality.Even with all that ...if it had been hot may have been better. I'm sick of the poor quality that come out of restaurants these days. I work hard for my money and if I choose to order out for my family it would be a blessing to feed them hot food!!! We're sick of the hit or miss with these establishments!!!! Consistency!!!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza to be delivered and it was supposed to get to my address at 7:27pm. No call and no show. I tried calling the store multiple times but they kept hanging up on me intentionally and finally on call number 7, the lady answered the phone swear to God that wasn’t her and it was her. I told her I wanted to cancel my order for the unprofessional to treat the customers like that.

Pizza typically really good here. Great for pick up and delivery. Can eat in but I wouldn't.
Just stopped in to order a pizza. One staff member wearing sun glasses. Does speak moves to the back of store. Young lady making pizzas says "I will be with you shortly". Continues make pizza, trim crust, add sauce, add pepperoni and cheese and processeds to get another pan and continue to make another one. I'm still standing no other words, sunglass guy remains unseen. I walked out. Poor service and on both their parts.

Absolutely done with this place this time. Placed a delivery order for pizza and wings, I watched the delivery driver drive around my complex for 20 minutes, called the store phone games were being played, I got hung up on, next thing was to call corporate because I’m still being told my pizza was deliver and it absolutely was not at all. I even flagged the driver down and they continued to drive off. Never again, this was a very unpleasant experience and I often order delivery for my kids because I work nights, I’ve never experienced this before, but this was definitely enough to lose me as a customer, and I utilize the app, I have points I use them, but I would happily relinquish it, the sad thing is that I will have to take time out of my day tomorrow to go to the store to make sure they reverse the charge to my card, because they hung up the phone, if I could leave a negative star I would. This type of place is not worth the business of decent working people at all.

Every thing was almost perfect! Except on line ordering. Was unable to reedem my points. When I tried (multiple times) the site threw me out and had to sign in again and refill my order only to be tossed again and again. Finally gave up and probley will lose my point when t hey expire the end of this month.

Pizza Hut in Carencro sucks. I made an order twice and both canceled for no reason. Called the phone number to find a reason don't have an answer. These guys just suck so badly it's sad to see what the service has dropped to. I WILL NEVER USE PIZZA HUT AGAIN. YOU SUCK,YOU SUCK, YOU SUCK...
