I’d like to start off by saying all three trips I experienced the same thing. Poor service, in different ways each time. This last visit the waitress told my wife to have patience. (We were very courteous each trip) I wanted to give them the benefit of maybe having an off night. Without boring you with the details I will not be eating here again. The food and atmosphere are great but if I’m going to be treated subpar I will be taking my business elsewhere. Communication is key in the service industry and the staff needs to learn how to talk to and inform their customers. I want to end this review saying I have had worse service at other places but I’m definitely disappointed.

I realize this is Louisiana and pizza is not a big thing here,vs the east coast. My first time there,and I tried the everything pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks had the cheese fried out of the breaded crust and was left with just breaded crust.

The pizza came and I tried two slices and looked and it did not have sauce on the crust. I showed the server who was very nice and she agreed it was not right and offered to have it remade. I asked if I could just get some sauce to dip the pizza in and try it that way. She said sure. The sauce was not a real good tomato based sauce it lacked a balance of Italian seasonings. The server did come back and asked how is it and I said it's okay but not that good. I gave it a chance. I only ate 3 slices and as much as I hate to waste food,I left it on the table. But $35 for a medium pizza and cheese sticks ?? The server had no problem charging full price for it. Pizza is the cheapest food to make . But it was only a one time visit. I was really hoping fir something good . But again this is Louisiana .

Prices are a JOKE. Greed has taken over this world. My 7 year old made jokes about his pepperoni pizza being so thin and hardly any pepperoni and said next time just make him a frozen pizza cause its way better.I used to enjoy this place and felt that there was value in there pizzas. There was a 16" for $28 that was taken off the menu and replaced with the 14" for the same price.

Omg. The restaurant is absolutely spotless, and I watch the cooks clean the whole time they were cooking!! The pizza was delicious. The salad was delicious and the ranch dressing is homemade and the best! Loved the vintage pictures on the wall, The music was just the right tone and a variety. The booths and tables are nice.So close to I 49 a true gem for this little town!

Parking: It’s located in a strip mall so parking is limited. You can park across side street and walk.

The pizza is very good for SW Louisiana - I'm Italian, I have had a lot of pizza. My wife and I have been in Lafayette/Carencro for 4 months on a work assignment and when we are craving pizza, we get PIzzaville USA in Carencro. Always, clean, always good and the service is fantastic.

Great little gem of a pizza place! Very well kept facility and ice cold ?. I've had just about everything on the menu and I can day that none disappoint. I do find that although the pizza is delicious, it is quiet pricey but I'm sore you can find deals here if you try. Would recommend for every now and then but would go more if the price was a little more reasonable.

One of the worst calzones I've ever had. Flavor was disgusting. Bread was super bad. Service was ok, but the only redeeming quality was the bread pudding, it's mediocre. Not spectacular, but certainly much better than the calzone thing. 1 additional star for the bread pudding, but just don't come here for the pizza products.
