HORRIBLE! Customer service is beyond terrible! And don’t let it be picking up a door dash these folks will not acknowledge you or tell you when the order is ready or have a receipt. I was asking and looking for an order a female employee grabbed the bag from my hand “No that’s not yours!” Now how was I to know then when the order was ready they had it setting on the counter . Everytime I’ve ever gone it was never pleasant . I don’t plan to return unless I have an order over $10

So today 9/7/2025 I ordered 12 pieces of dark chicken, with two large sides and two apple pies. I was told it would be a 15 min at 1:00 and to pull up at the front door they would bring my order to me at 1:20 I went inside to ask how much longer it would be on the mild chicken the manager said 20min, they had a lot of orders over 4 cars we’re served while I was waiting. I told the manager I was to 20 min ago I had a 15 min wait. She kept her back turn to me showing she was upset while apologizing about the wait. I returned to my truck and continued to wait, at 1:40 a customer wave at me from the window to let me know my order was ready. The order was wrong12 piece mix I was told it would be another 15 min wait for the correct order, they gave me 3 small red beans instead of a large that barely had anything in it, no apple pie’s. This was the worse customer service ever, instead of making a scene and being disrespectful to the employees I just left. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone the manager is upset they’re get people’s order wrong and doesn’t have any customer service skills with a bad attitude definitely the wrong person to lead a crew!

Tried to dine-in and had to leave. I tried to order on the kiosk but the kiosk isn’t accepting card payments so I moved my payment to a register. Watched the girl working behind the counter assembling the boxes of food picking up a chicken tender she dropped on the counter with her BARE HANDS. These people don’t have gloves on. I already had to wait 10 minutes in line, didn’t even get to place my order yet, they were packed in the drive thru they weren’t addressing customers at the counter. In desperate need of some management you cannot allow food service workers to handle peoples food without gloves. Not running this business that efficiently. I left and went to the other Popeyes 10 minutes away.

When you go through the drive thur they tell you 5 minutes which u waiting outside 20 to 25 minutes they never have chicken cook when you come as of now there are 4 cars WAITING ON CHICKEN

Remodeled the store but the ice or soda machine is disgusting

Staff needs better training. They made 5 orders in reverse of how they were placed and forgot items on 4 of the 5 orders.

I ordered two $6 dollar boxes one mild , one spicy . Both dark meat I got in both boxes a breast and a leg. You spend $13.01 and don’t get what you paid for but what they want to give you.

If u go at night tell them make it fresh. Dry hard boneless wings!! Couldn’t even chew them

Kitchen was CHOAS and my sprite tasted disgusting, forgot my sauce, and my biscuit was not a Popeyes biscuit…..
