I ordered two $6 dollar boxes one mild , one spicy . Both dark meat I got in both boxes a breast and a leg. You spend $13.01 and don’t get what you paid for but what they want to give you.

This is not a lg fry Popeyes a small fry in a lg container doesn't make it a large fry

If u go at night tell them make it fresh. Dry hard boneless wings!! Couldn’t even chew them

Kitchen was CHOAS and my sprite tasted disgusting, forgot my sauce, and my biscuit was not a Popeyes biscuit…..

The food was made very poorly I never treat myself to Popeyes because of the prices I usually opt for McDonald’s nor do I ever leave reviews but they barely put any sauce on my wings I ordered 3 of the spicy tenders and they gave me 2 not spicy we were supposed to have 3 sauce’s they gave us one the person at the window was very nice and that’s about all I can say good about that experience

I never feel the need to leave a review at a fast food restaurant but the entire staff must’ve smoked before going into work. Multiple cars were told to pull out of the drive thru, took over 35 minutes to get a sandwich, some tenders and a couple sides. Checked the order before I left and was missing sauce, a side and a biscuit.

I don’t know what’s up with these Popeyes now a days but it’s sad. That was my 3rd time going to that Popeyes and every time Ive had an issue. This time I made sure I was given what I paid for and I’m glad I checked because my sandwich was made wrong. Went it to get it fixed and asked for fresh, made it totally wrong AGAIN and it wasn’t fresh! Instead of a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, the lady made a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese AND bacon! I DONT eat pork and that’s not even what I ordered! Again, my chicken wasnt fresh cause I seen her take it out of the warmer. I tried to take the bacon off but I just got disgusted and went in to throw the whole ish in the trash. I didn’t want to go back and get it remade again because I had to head back to school. Lawd hammercy, I know it’s fast food but pay tf attention to what you’re doing and give the customers what they’re paying for. Basic customer service skill smh focused more on drive thru time more than actually getting it right. Waste of money smh

So we came for my lunch brake an were the only people in the building. We have now been waiting 45 minutes for our simple order two 3 peice meals! Spent my whole lunch brake waiting on food couldn't even eat it before I had to leave to go back to work

Service is very slow. I waited over 40 mins for 10 pieces of spicy chicken. By the time I get my chicken, the rest of my sides were cold. I was afraid if I asked for fresh sides, it would be another 30mins waiting. And by then my chickens would of been cold.

The chicken tenders was so hard they must have been sitting there all day wasn't even hot. I wish I'd have check my order before getting home.

The mac n cheese tasted like canned chef boyardee mac n cheese. The rest of the food was normal

This is the second night I have tried to make a purchase at this location and could not. They close at 1am but refuse to fry any chicken after a certain time and just turn customers away. I came slightly before midnight and was told they didn’t have any chicken. Why stay open if you’re not going to cook and sell food? This is truly a waste of the owners payroll and utilities as well as the worst customer service experience ever!!!

Very slow service. And somehow they made the gravy on the mashed potatoes very spicy. Not good for someone who is allergic to spice.
