Rotolo's Pizzeria

Food was very overpriced for the quality of food given. I was told my meal CAME WITH a side salad but later found out on the bill that there was a $2 up charge for that and when the waitress was questioned she said “yes it does come with it but it’s a upcharge for it” ???? Makes zero sense to me. If something COMES WITH my meal, there should be no up charge or this should have been communicated upon ordering. We also waited for over an hour and a half. We were told the kitchen was backed up but they had people who got there after us and got their food before us and left before we got our food. My child asked for her chips that we ordered with her meal and the waitress told her “I’ll bring them out with your food”. After 30 minutes of waiting I then again asked for the chips because my kids were getting hungry and cranky. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful for the most part. Will not be visiting here again. Do not recommend unless you want to waste your time and money. Very disappointed.

My family does not eat pork and the worker got annoyed when we were ordering. My mother is 42 with a thick accent. The patience was not there and the order was not reviewed. They served us pork, telling us that they did not make the mistake. We are muslim we can't eat pork so how could we possibly have ordered a Meat Fest with pepperoni, italian pepperoni, and Canadian bacon? The manager proceeds to yell at my mother while she was confused. 0/10, go spend your money elsewhere. Watered down marinara sauce is NOT worth it

Food an waitstaff were great. I went yesterday and they knew my name and what I ordered from like three weeks ago. Being in management myself, that was very impressive. Kylie and staff were so awesome.

Ordered 2 pies and a breadstick pizza on their website and paid 64.05( no problem) received notification that my card was charged 78.13!! When I asked the not so friendly cashier with the charge was for she merely stated that I ordered this pizza on an app which I did not. I ordered this on their website directly. I asked for my money back and was refused. She stated that I had to get in touch with slice the app that I ordered it on which did not make any sense to me. Long story short I will not come back. The pizza was OK, the service was not helpful ,and for almost $100 for two pizzas and breadsticks completely not worth it. I also called “slice” the app who weren’t helpful either. My number one suggestion to Rotolo’s is at least you could notify your customers in advance that they will be paying a $14 fee on top of an already expensive pizza price. My number two suggestion higher someone who at least greet your customers with a smile.

Worst person ever to be called a waitress, kept giving my order to other customers that walked minutes after we did, 40 minutes later the manager brought out my food and instead of telling me the truth , made up excuses for the idiots incompetence, worst service ever. Manager didn't charge for meal, I think I left the idiot 70 cents for a tip and that was being nice. If you dine in she/ he whatever it's called looks like a big burly fellow with annoying way of speaking to people.

Parking: There are plenty of places to park. If there main parking lot is full, I'm sure super1foods has a few you can borrow.

I ordered half muffuletta . It tasted good but there was a lack of meat that you get in a new orleans muffuletta. It was better than the muffuletta at Pizza Amore.

Ordered a to go and was informed at pick up that they have no utensils. Should have stated that when order was placed

The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The staff is very unprofessional. There is an infestation of spiders in the restaurant. I killed a brown recluse during my visit. Be warned stay away from this establishment. The outside tables are always filthy and the inside is just as filthy. The restrooms are atrocious I really can’t see how and why the health department has not shut this place down.
