I like sonic diet cokes. Sonic Fast Food has increased in price tremendously . It is very expensive for a drive in and portions are shrinking. Food quality is average . The Sonic Evangeline maid buns are not as soft and fresh served thin, small meat patties. $3 for a Diet Coke is ridiculous.

I just wanna shout out Precious she was an absolute saint! She saved my drink made it better an was the absolute sweetest! I cant thank her enough! I gave shout-out at the store, the corp. The 1800 number an this! Bc sonic in csrenceo is stepping up! Love this for them ❤️

If I could’ve gave it a 1 star I would…. Please tell me when u get a shake is liquid almost the same consistency of water supposed to be thick… why was my whip cream mixed into the drink and not on top, why did my shake come with a flat top and not one that is round where the whip cream is supposed to be… cup was not full… asked for extra strawberry taste like straight ice cream I do not recommend this place at all way better sonic establishments out there !!

We pulled in and waited for 20 minutes and no one answered the call button so we left. McDonalds was happy to take my money instead. This is ridiculous and in time this will this business. There are other places to give our money to
I do sonic about 1x a year. My other family members 2+'x a month. Who knows, maybe I will do it again this next month.

My wife and I sat here for 20 minutes after pressing the red button, without response. We observed 6 or more vehicles leave without any personnel ever coming out. After that time, we placed an order via mobile app for a ice cream, a shake, and mozzarella sticks. That then took an extensive amount of time. The person that brought the order out stated the kitchen was already closed, the blender was already cleaned so could not help with items in the ice cream. More people continue to drive in and just sit and wait. This is certainly a first.
