Came back today after 4 years of a bad experience. I placed an order and waited patiently on the food, which took forever as usual. It seemed to appear. Once it arrived, I was told only cash because the cc machine had been down all day. I immediately said why no one said this when I placed my order. Just wasted my time, and when I asked for the manager (Miss Tiffany, I was told), she never came to speak to me!

By far the worst Sonic ever. It takes 10 minutes for them to answer the call button and my order has been wrong the last several times. Won’t be back.
Waited for 45 minutes to order, so I left! This had to be the worse Sonic in Louisiana! Will never go back!!

This is one of the worst Sonic's in Lafayette/Lafayette Parish/general area. Get an Ultimate Breakfast Burrito from here and then get one from the one on Ambassador by the interstate exit and compare them, it's like night and day. Also they leave out ingredients, like cheese, or bacon, etc at random. Also half the screens apparently don't actually alert the employees when you press the button, so you have to wait for one of them to notice you and come get your order verbally, why they just don't mark them as "Out of Service" is beyond me.

Ordered 2 combos. One was cold, obviously sitting for a while, the other was so hot and greasy, it burnt my wife's lip and face when the grease squinted out!
service sucks everytime idk why we keep going, took an hour to get our order and we are missing ice cream and slushy...

This is the absolute worst Sonic! Food was cold and burnt! I was actually giving them another chance bc last time the patty on my burger was cold. I will never go back to this location it needs to be shut down and employees/ managers need to be trained on how to properly prepare food. Nobody wants to pay 30+ dollars for food that is not fresh! I've attached a picture that shows burnt/hard onion rings and the supposedly double quarter pound sonic cheese burger where the unmelted cheese is bigger than the burger- totally disgusting!

WELL DONE SONIC!! We just came back to get some blasts, what typically would take 20 minutes to get our ice cream took 5! Including ordering time!! Proud of the them!! They are stepping up again!
