I ordered a 6" roast beef/ pepper jack cheese. The server only put 2 slices of roast beef, I stated that it should have 4 slices for a 6", she said no. So I had to pay $2 extra to get the other 2 slices. What a rip off, if they do this to every sub that is consumed, Subway is reaping the reward!! Waiting for Jersey Mike's to open!!

Not happy with the girl who made my sandwitch almost the way she wanted.. she said she didn't know how to say artesian bread but she knew it was white bread okay I'll let that slide then I said no ma'am I don't want it like that so then she had to redo my sandwitch and still I paid for a sandwich that was missing tomato and chips because she didn't even ask me if I wanted the meal she had already checked me out with my sandwich which is a 6 in Philly sandwich pathetic service..By the way she couldn't wait to get on her cell after I paid..lord have mercy this generation..

I visited this location a couple days ago and let me tell you about Sierra. The manager was on her phone while the one sandwich maker was busy doing 3 jobs at once. They were deep in a rush and the manager didn't even lit a finger to help the busy store. I do NOT recommend going here if you like to see minimum wage workers fighting to keep the store afloat while management does nothing. Also, I went to the bathroom and the back door was open and the Zeus worker was preparing the food on the ground with just a thin sheet separating the meat from the floor.

this is a very good sandwich shop and most of foods i ate are good except for buffalo chicken sandwich because it has a fishy smell and it taste like canned chicken chunks. but if you want a better buffalo chicken sandwich go get it at arby's but i like their most food though! 4 stars is given because most food are delicious except for buffalo chicken sandwich. but a great place to eat!
Employee Madison was very rude , she was also rude to the coworkers and she didn't make my sandwich right as a professional, she should be fired or written up , she makes the company look bad

Do not order online. You have to watch them make it.. one my pizza half of it didnt even have my toppings. Two the mustard on my husband sandwich was so watery and oily. YOU HAVE TO WATCH THEM MAKE IT

Beautiful store really nice, clean, and updated. Nice and convenient location. Employees are super friendly...However The ladies working in subway needs to pull up their hair. This was my second and probably last visit where someone had their hair down or in a loose ponytail swinging all over the food. I highly recommend the hair be placed in a bun or a hair net. Something more suitable for food prep.
