I’m writing my feedback to express my disappointment with the experience I had today, October 6th, at your Bailey’s Crossroads, VA (3521 S Jefferson St) location around 5:30 PM. During my visit, the lady at the register was quite rude, and my order was mishandled. My credit card was charged twice, and when we came back to pick up our to-go order, we realized that five Old Bay wings were missing—which, notably, were part of the second charge. When we called the store to address the issue, a young gentleman (who refused to give his name, stating only that he was a “crew member”) told us it was our responsibility to check the order and that nothing could be done unless we returned in person with the receipt. This was my first visit to Wingstop after hearing great things from a colleague, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were we overcharged and shorted on food, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge or at least for the missing five wings.

I came here a couple of months ago, and had ordered a 8 or 10 piece combo right. I go to pick it up and when I get home fries were raw and my chicken didn’t even have any of the rub seasoning on them. So I called the store and spoke with a manager they found my order and he told me come back whenever with my name. I called a couple weeks later to place an order there a different manager telling me after 7 days they can’t remake an order. Then proceeds to hang up the phone on me after! Very unprofessional I usually never go to this one, always ambassador because the service is the best but I live closer to this one so I tried it out never again!! I’ll drive to ambassador!

Here now 9/19/25 at 10:23pm and the service is horrible. Too many young’s kids not taking the job seriously or greeting customers and playing and talking amongst each other. Order said ready 10min ago and it’s still not ready. Will not recommend this location.

Ordered the 24 piece with family fries, veggies sticks it was supposed to come with 3 dips. Didn’t get our dips, got 4 carrots/ 4 celery and about half a basket of fries. Do better

I received the wrong flavored wings made it back home with the food which is 30 minutes I called the store to see if they could’ve have remade my food and I could’ve came get it the next day they denied so the I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Went in to order. Cashier got order completely wrong. Waited 45 minutes for our food. Part of it was cold, part wasn’t even cooked which we had to finish cooking when we got home. Forgot things off our ticket, added other things that weren’t ours to our ticket. Went back in to get things corrected and waited another 30 minutes for it still to be wrong. This was a horrible experience! I have never had a good one there the few times I been but this topped the cake. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

When I called up to the store they put my on hold I was less than 5 minutes away. I walk in there are not busy at all. Lady in charge had a very nasty attitude. My food was wrong when I got home after sitting in the carencro location listening to unprofessional and nasty music. This may have been the worse location I have ever been to . My wings were not tossed , they had wrong flavors on them, and everything had dry rub on top of them hot honey I never ordered that . I have videos of this store and the music that was played I will be returning this food tomorrow to get my money back! I would like a email to submit these videos this is ridiculous.

Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!

Ordered our dinner got home we were missing our chicken tenders and some of our wings. Yes should I have checked it before leaving of course but never had an issue when ordered before…. What gets me is how we called multiple times and they not once answered the phone.
