Burger King

Just sat in the drive-through for five minutes waiting on someone to come on the speaker and speak to me. The car in front of me left so did I so I came to sonic to get something to eat since Burger King did not want my business.

My favorite burger king to go to. The GM Mr. Terrance always keeps the restaurant running like it should be food always hot and fresh great job

I’ve gone here a few times and the service is usually good but slow. Today I went and the doors were all locked. Went to the drive thru to ask why and they were very rude about telling me it’s because they’re understaffed.

Worst fast food place ever dont go here

Came at 10 pm they claim they’re freezer was broke didn’t have no burgers or fries

Attitudes bad customer service skills suck either the broiler break or they computer not accepting coupons and prices are different from drive through prices that’s prompted

Easy the best burger king I’ve been to. Deon is a great manager! He knows how to solve problems, this is the CLEANEST location. And some of the staff are very hard working as well. This is exactly what I expect from a Burger king. GOOD JOB 👏

You will get top of the line service. Management is down to earth. They accommodated me when they didn’t have to! I recommend 10 out of 10! They know who I am! White Camry! Thank you all again! Much love! I had the best laugh I ever had in a long time! Genuine people!

6 people in the back no cars on drive thru took 20 min for a whopper and some nuggets

Slow service

20 minutes to get 2 original chicken sandwiches when no one else was in the line or even in the lobby is crazy…

Whoever the store manager and staff on duty were Uncooperative andrude. I even took a pic of what was on their menu to show selection of side items to choose from and they ignored it. All the manager would say was “yes ma’am“ and ignored it. When the window closed, he muttered something to the girl at the window and she laughed at me. I have lived here for 30 years and I will never go to this Burger King again. Now, I will discourage everyone from going to this Burger King. There was no way for me to contact a store manager. There was no way for me to call in a complaint. Everything has to be done online. Very well.

This is the burger king located on Greenwell Road near Sullivan Road in Central. I have been going to this burger king location for several years. I have never had any problems at this location. But on my last two recent visits, the service was very slow. And both times it appeared as if they only had 2 or maybe 3 people working there. There was only one vehicle that had gone through the drive thru and it was parked waiting on their food. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. But the service waiting time for my food was very long.
