6 people in the back no cars on drive thru took 20 min for a whopper and some nuggets

Slow service

20 minutes to get 2 original chicken sandwiches when no one else was in the line or even in the lobby is crazy…

Whoever the store manager and staff on duty were Uncooperative andrude. I even took a pic of what was on their menu to show selection of side items to choose from and they ignored it. All the manager would say was “yes ma’am“ and ignored it. When the window closed, he muttered something to the girl at the window and she laughed at me. I have lived here for 30 years and I will never go to this Burger King again. Now, I will discourage everyone from going to this Burger King. There was no way for me to contact a store manager. There was no way for me to call in a complaint. Everything has to be done online. Very well.

This is the burger king located on Greenwell Road near Sullivan Road in Central. I have been going to this burger king location for several years. I have never had any problems at this location. But on my last two recent visits, the service was very slow. And both times it appeared as if they only had 2 or maybe 3 people working there. There was only one vehicle that had gone through the drive thru and it was parked waiting on their food. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. But the service waiting time for my food was very long.

The curios were not good.

Left before getting our food after waiting and waiting and waiting. Drinks were flat. Service is awful, product is awful just close this location down.

UPDATE : Has changed dramatically since my original review. Nice people at the drive thru & counter. Order never wrong in the drive thru, but quick to fix any mistakes while dining in. Def recommend now.

Gross gross place. So slow. The drive thru is not quick at all! The food always tastes old. Worst staff I have experienced ever in a fast food place. I am very unsure how this place is still even open.

Stop to get breakfast because I’m starving only to find out they are out of beacon for the 3rd month. This is way too often!

I went to this location ordered a number two with bacon and cheese was given something completely different went inside to correct and was thrown a burger patty and was told to make it myself by manager she was rude and I had to ask for the burger to be remade and charged again for the additional patty that they failed to add to the burger the employee who helped me was very kind the manager was not will never eat their again

Ordered two large meals. Fries were undercooked and asked for fresh. Gave us double cooked fries. Than asked for refund and had the cops called for our request. Unprofessional and has terrible food

Come here about once a week after picking kids up from school. This is the quickest, friendliest Burger King you will ever find

I went through the drive thru at 12:12 pm. The manager there is really ghetto and rude. She had her head tied up at work and she doesn’t have good customer service at all. The cashier at the window was friendly, but the manager needs to be replaced immediately. I was trying to ask her did I make her upset by asking for my fries hot, she threw her hand up at me and walked off telling me to have a good day. She didn’t even listen at what I was trying to ask her.
