Ordered two large meals. Fries were undercooked and asked for fresh. Gave us double cooked fries. Than asked for refund and had the cops called for our request. Unprofessional and has terrible food

I went through the drive thru at 12:12 pm. The manager there is really ghetto and rude. She had her head tied up at work and she doesn’t have good customer service at all. The cashier at the window was friendly, but the manager needs to be replaced immediately. I was trying to ask her did I make her upset by asking for my fries hot, she threw her hand up at me and walked off telling me to have a good day. She didn’t even listen at what I was trying to ask her.

I agree with Jamie Barker on this Burger King. Hey Jamie, your right about this BK. It is very clean, the employees were great. And from here on out, I'm going on the Offensive!!! Really going after that Target audience. I plan on going bowling soon, and hope to record my First Strike. If you get time Jamie Barker, maybe I can Pic your brain when I see you again! Placed a mobile order, my food was made when I arrived. Spicy chicken sandwich , was hot and made to my specifications. On this trip they did not disappoint!

Bad experience. Used the app and when I got there I was told they didn't have my order and sent me away, said it was another BK. Stupid me drive all the way back home before I thought to check the app to verify the address. Ended up going back to the same BK and went inside to show them the order. Well, what do you know, it was sitting right there. They were kind enough to remake everything for me. It was $43 worth of food. When I got home things tasted "off" and made my son sick. I was also shorted a French fry and my drinks. I definitely did not "have it my way".
