“If you have not tried this place, I 10/10 recommend! We were looking for something quick but still good to grab & take home & this met all expectations. We got the voodoo fries & philly steak poboy. The voodoo fries are a must & the philly steak poboy is probably the best i’ve ever tasted! The staff & owner are all kind & welcoming. We will most definitely be back!“

“Been here three times, always treated the friendliest, most professional service people I’ve ever met in a food establishment. Today was a very busy day for them, which made it take a little longer than normal to get our food out, but I was in no rush, nor would I ever complain (being someone who had to deal with a busy day with nonstop customers while working at a shopping center taught me the importance of being patient at any business). The two or three servers who took care of us today were very kind and the food was exceptionally tasty, as it has always been. Thank you! I will definitely be back.“

“Food taste was excellent. The portions look small, but they are the perfect size - you'll leave full. Parking is good - shared lot with Callandro's Grocery. The place is noisy so I wouldn't go there to talk but I'll definitely be back for the food.“

“This is one of the best places to eat in Baton Rouge. The food is great down home southern cooking. The service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is like eating at home with friends.
Parking: During peak times, parking can be a bit tight, but that goes to show you that the food is great. Be patient, and you'll be served great food with a smile.“

“I don't get to BR often, but I would definitely come back. Handmade hamburger so big that I couldn't eat it all. Everything was hot and fresh. Nonstop customers walking up to the window so that says a lot too. Cash only, but I am fine with that.“

“I tried it for the first time today. Small lobby area but it makes it feel very personal. Philly cheese was delicious,the bread was perfect. The fried mushrooms...... I love them. They are dangerous wish they had a grilled mushroom option like that or boiled like crawfish boil mushrooms. Man thats an idea. The mushrooms are big and worth it. Tbh for 20 dollars I got to much food. The mushrooms were a meal themself.“

“During my initial visit to the establishment, I approached the front to place an order for food. However, one of the individuals behind the cashier exhibited an unpleasant and hostile demeanor, expressing frustration about their workload. Despite this, a male employee and a younger female employee stepped in to assist me with my order in a helpful manner. It is concerning that certain employees may display irritability and complain about their workload without recognizing the importance of maintaining a respectful and professional attitude towards customers.“

“Highly recommend. We go here every time our mom comes to town, because she loves their muffuletta. We buy the big one, and she eats it every day for 4 days. It’s very popular so the wait for food to be ready is a little long at times, but it’s definitely worth the wait.“

“The birria taco special is a must.
These tortillas were classified as corn, but I can tell you, they were next level, as they were not gritty or grainy like regular corn tortillas.
Freshly cooked, which resulted in a world, wind of textures. Crispy, tender tortillas, gooey melted cheese, tender beef, fresh onions, and parsley.
The salsa Verde was excellent, perfectly seasoned mild fresh tasting.
The consumé was excellent wonderful flavor.
I ate at the picnic style tables out front.
Jarritos drink selections. The owner came out herself and asked if everything was OK, which it was. She was very personable and a hard worker.

“Finally got a chance to check this place out. Customer service was amazing. I tried the Shrimp Burger with bacon and pepper jack cheese. I also had the Crawfish egg rolls...those were AMAZING!!! “I like Tuckers. The people there are nice. They cook the food fresh when you order. They have excellent fried catfish. So it can take 15-20 min when you order. But, if you want home cooked Cajun food, it's really the only place in Zachary that I feel comfortable going to.“

“We visit this BK 1-3 times a week. Lately we have had a problem with Handicap parking. You drive up and the parking spaces next to the building are full including the handicap. You look inside and there may be two customers inside. Are employees using all the parking next to the building? I am handicap and have trouble walking if not close to building. Other than the parking complaint everything else is great at this BK.“
