I usually like ordering from there but today's order was subpar. I ordered 2 pizzas, one of those was supposed to be a large pepperoni, sausage, and light mushroom. It arrived cold and no pepperoni with extra mushrooms.. guess someone there is making the pizzas the way they want today.

During our last visit, they made a pepperoni pizza instead of stuffed pepperoni bread as listed on the receipt. My husband went in and pointed it out. In less than 9 minutes, we had the stuffed bread and we also kept the pizza!! We loved this store and their staff. Always friendly and upbeat.

Placed my order in person, paid the guy and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited in parking lot for 30 minutes for good measure, drove up and was told the order was cancelled because they “charged too much”! Well that’s a first! No way I was gonna pay again and wait another 30 minutes for a possibility of getting “charged too much” again for what was already agreed upon!

This domino’s location needs to do better. They don’t know how to cut pizza properly. It’s not a race, literally no one cares how fast you can cut a pizza if the pizza turns out like the picture below. This has happened multiple times over the last couple years. And the pizza is NEVER cut through all the way. I always have to finish cutting it myself. This location has fell off tremendously.

These guys at this store on Sullivan road are great. They work hard and they are efficient. They are overloaded and still doing a great job don't just thank the nurses Tha k the people feeding you and your family when you coukdnt get to a store before it closed or had no time or energy to cook. They stay open later than anyone and keep you from having to eat crap jack box. If sobsthings wrong they make it right no problems. There are good people in there.
The staff provided a pleasant experience. They were friendly and multiple employees offered assistance during their dinner rush. A little kindness goes a long way.

Ordered two specialty pizzas and they were great. Hence the two stars. Also ordered the 5 cheese macaroni, wings and marbled cookie brownies. The macaroni was so dry it was stuck to the pan, the brownies were not done and the chicken wasn’t completely cooked. I called the store and the lady said we could remake it but it’s going to be a wait because we’re busy. I asked what other options were available, she stated none.

The staff doesn’t know how to properly cut pizza, either pizza is not cut completely or it’s cut in multiple different sizes. I have called the store for them to educate on how to properly do things and they still deliver poor product
