These guys at this store on Sullivan road are great. They work hard and they are efficient. They are overloaded and still doing a great job don't just thank the nurses Tha k the people feeding you and your family when you coukdnt get to a store before it closed or had no time or energy to cook. They stay open later than anyone and keep you from having to eat crap jack box. If sobsthings wrong they make it right no problems. There are good people in there.

Ordered two specialty pizzas and they were great. Hence the two stars. Also ordered the 5 cheese macaroni, wings and marbled cookie brownies. The macaroni was so dry it was stuck to the pan, the brownies were not done and the chicken wasn’t completely cooked. I called the store and the lady said we could remake it but it’s going to be a wait because we’re busy. I asked what other options were available, she stated none.

The staff doesn’t know how to properly cut pizza, either pizza is not cut completely or it’s cut in multiple different sizes. I have called the store for them to educate on how to properly do things and they still deliver poor product

So I ordered 3 pizzas on today May10,24 One of my pizzas was wrong so I called them and told the man that my pizza was wrong and told me that I would have to pay for them to make my pizza over no it don’t work like that I’m a store manger at a restaurant u supposed to remake the pizza over with no charge but I will call the store owner bc I know the District manger personally and do a report about this issue.
My BBQ pizza with regular cheese and 1 topping of cheddar cheese blend came burnt. Barely had any cheese. It wasn't really edible. The parmesan bites were fresh and tastes great. My cheese pizza had a few pepperoni slices. They must not have wiped the knife/cutting tool first.
Always friendly and the order is always right. Comes out quickly !!

The manager, I don't know his name but he was Asian and said he's been there for about 1 1/2 years is lazy, arrogant, and very rude. Two weeks ago when I visited the establishment I sat in drive- thru for about 5 minutes watching him talking. He never acknowledged my presence nor apologized. Tonight he was working the drive-thru again and he still again saw I was at the window but still proceeded to continue laughing and talking with the other workers. When he opened the drive-thru window I had to interrupt his conversation by giving him my pickup information. Never does he greet the customer as others have previously. I gave him my payment and I was having a conversation with my daughter with me saying that they must be under new management and he interrupts me by abruptly saying, " What did you say?". I repeated what I said to my daughter and he then proceeded to rudely ask me why did I think that? I told him because the customer service is slower and apparently uncaring when it came to customer service. He then says, "Didn't you see me here?" I said, "Yes, I did but you are continuing to talk to others while opening the window and never acknowledging the customer. I proceeded to tell him to please not continue to argue with me and just give me my food before it gets colder. I told him I would give him a bad review and he just started laughing and said, "I bet." This guy needs to be retrained or does not need to be dealing with customers. I have been a faithful customer at domino's even before they moved to the new location. I'm very disappointed that domino's has him as a representative of management. He may be a cool coworker since he likes to interact more with his workers than focusing on the customers. Customer service was once great there but these last two interactions really sucked all because of this arrogant so-called manager. The may have taste great but I couldn't tell since his rude and arrogant behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be back at this establishment in Central. My family will be going to other pizza restaurants that value their customers!!!!!
