Five Guys

Was at your Peel location, downtown Montreal, this evening. The fries were good, but the burger was the worst I’ve had in years. The bun looked, felt and tasted like it had been sitting in a bucket of water. And at $16.68, the worst burger I’ve had in a long time was also one of the most expensive.

Went to Tri-County Commons in Springdale, OH. It was my first time eating at a Five Guys. I had the best burger and fries in over 35 years. It was juicy and so full of flavor and the fries still tasted like potatoes with the perfect amount of salt. I believe Five Guys might be my new favorite restaurant.

I have visited this location many times previously to this visit and I am simply disappointed. The food was good as usual, however the service was nothing short of appalling. I am not sure if there was a change in management but this woman was incredibly rude. Not only was she rude to customers but she was unbelievably rude to the employees. This not only makes it awkward as a customer, but it also reveals how terribly they must treat their workers who comparatively had much better customer service skills than her. Furthermore, this woman, who I assume is the manager, doesn't have enough sense or training to simply wear an apron while handling food which is extremely unhygienic and disgusting. It is obvious that the atmosphere has changed since my previous visits and it makes the food unenjoyable. It is a shame that this place has had such a fall off in management and it is beyond unacceptable. I do not plan to recommend others to come here, or to come back here myself as this is one of the WORST customer service experiences I have had, do better.

Always the best burgers when I get there

Went to Five Guys in the Arboretum with my family on 08/03/2025 with my family. We stopped in that location around 11am, ate and left. That same night, me and my son both got very sick from Five Guys, I called and spoke to a customer service representative 8 days ago and was told I would be refunded for the bad food. After several messages with no response from Five Guys, I am left with posting this negative review. Avoid this franchise altogether.

I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms with a1 sauce and they gave me a double cheeseburger with a1 sauce.

The meat on my hamburger was cold. I live close by so there were no reason for the cold burger. Not worth driving by and I don’t trust people after you complain about service or food.

It was great. Just expensive.

Five guys is known for their extremely full fry bag and today I was shorted on fries. If you advertise your fries as falling out of the cup and copious amount in the bag that’s what I expect.

All Burger place with free roasted peanuts to snack on while Burger is grilled. Burgers made to order. Cooks are polite. Well-lit with lots of tall windows. Have to specify 1 if dont want 2 on regular sized burgers. I get the small burger & it's a good-sized patty.
