Five Guys

First time at this location.

Cons:
No napkins, not even a napkin dispenser.
Both drink machines are down.
Tables and floors were dirty
Puddle under the bags of fries.

Pros:
Good customer service.
Food was good.
Gluten Free option was taken serious.

I'll come back for a 2nd try. Maybe they're just having a bad day. We'll see on the second visit.

This place is way over priced. $50 for 2 burgers, 1 Large fry, 2 drinks. Unbelievable…. I won’t be back to any location. Seriously this place is just robbing thier customers.

New fry bags severely decrease the number of fries you get, no more extra fries in the bag either. Now the already expensive meal is basically more expensive since you get less food.

We got 3 single burgers, one regular fry and 3 drinks and it was $42. You ought to be ashamed. It’s fast food not fine dining.

I was craving a good burger yesterday so my hubby and I went here. We order at the kiosk. There were only 2 guys working. They were busy. I thought they were alone. They were struggling. A few minutes of waiting and what I assume was a manager pops his head in the front to tell them something. He sees the line of people waiting for food. I saw him see the line. He left those poor guys to fend for themselves. One guy was really hustling and doing great. The fries were great. The burger was dry, a leaf and a half of lettuce, barely any mayo or ketchup and no cheese.

I wasn’t even going to leave a review but the manager leaving them was just wrong. Do better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service Recovery – Five Guys (Central, LA) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My identical twin brother and I had a wonderful experience at the Five Guys location in Central, LA! 🍔🍟 While there was initially an issue involving employees, the General Manager truly turned the situation around. 😊👏

The General Manager was very pleasant, professional, and approachable, and took the time to speak with both of us about the changes that were actively being implemented. 🗣️✅ He was a great listener and was proactive in resolving the concerns, which really showed strong leadership.

Because of how well the situation was handled, we returned several more times, and each visit after that was amazing! 🌟🙌 The service improved noticeably, and the overall experience was excellent. This location clearly values customer feedback and strives to do better. Highly recommend! 💯👍

This place has some friendly, people….Tiffany greeted us as soon as we walked in the door with the biggest smile and hello! If she isn’t a manager she should be one!Food was hot and delicious!

The hamburger and fries were cooked fresh and tasted good. It is a little pricey at $20 for 1 burger, regular fries, and a small coke.

Went here today 12/4/2025 and my experience was fantastic. We went at 11:30am right as they opened and the food was fantastic, the service was fast and the restaurant was clean. Definitely recommend if you want a delicious burger with Cajun fries.
