Five Guys

I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms with a1 sauce and they gave me a double cheeseburger with a1 sauce.

The meat on my hamburger was cold. I live close by so there were no reason for the cold burger. Not worth driving by and I don’t trust people after you complain about service or food.

Had 5 Guys delivery last night for 4 people, 2 milkshakes failed to turn up and the bacon in burger was cremated and not edible, my first use of 5 guys, will probably be the last, I will certainly warn friends and family to think twice.

Music was too loud. Tables & floor were dirty. The crew were horsing around and being loud. If we are expected to pay premium price for hamburgers, the atmosphere should be pleasant and the facility should be very clean.

So I ordered a veggie sandwich which was real good I give it a 10 but when I receive my food from DoorDash because I couldn’t go pick up my food because I just had a baby so I got my food they did not put stickers on the bag, so my fries was like it would just dump down in the bag So I don’t know if DoorDash had eaten my fries Because it was dumped down in the bag I used to be a manager at a restaurant so when you’re doing a DoorDash order, you supposed to put make sure you have enough sticker on it to close the bag

Been to five guys all over America and this is the most ghetto, dirty and unkempt one I've ever been too. From the cashier barely speaking English because of his lack of trying, because he was trying to sound as ghetto as he possibly could to the quality of the food. The burger tasted dry, unseasoned, and very sloppy in the way it was put together and the fries were cooked in burnt grease. All tables dirty, even though there were only a few customers, the condiment station was filthy as well as the soda dispenser. So if you are going to pay 20 dollars for a burger frys and a coke you kinda expect the place to at least be clean..sad sad sad ...

I love five guys and they’re known for greeting customers and quick service. This particular store is slow and the kids aren’t very friendly. The website doesn’t give you an option to pay in store so if you’re ordering for coworkers too, I would recommend calling. The website was down so I called, took me about 15 minutes to get through and then was told “ we have customers, you’ll have to wait until we’re done to take your order” and put on hold for 22 minutes. Needless to say my lunch was almost over by then. Terrible location to go to!

It was pretty good, they were playing some nice music and the fries were amazing, wasn't very surprised by their burgers, 10/10
