Jersey Mike's Subs

Walked in tonight and was never greeted. All of the workers looked directly at us and ignored us. A guy with glasses FINALLY said “What yall getting?” With a slight attitude. We proceeded to order and he made noises as if we were irritating him. I personally feel we were treated that way because we were black because when we walked out to wait on our food, a Caucasian guy walked in and was greeted & they were super nice to him. Horrible customer service. Will never come back. My fiancé brags on Jersey Mikes in Port Allen but Central was closer so we decided to ride to this one for the first time. I’ll rather drive 40 minutes to Port Allen every time from here on out as we left Central and went straight there AT closing time and was still served with smiles and the food was AWESOME!

I have had wonderful experiences at this location! However, yesterday, Friday, August 23, 2024, at approximately 2:30 p.m. was the worst! The manager on duty, which I have never seen there before, was rude and disrespectful! There was bread sitting on the counter and he tried to make my sub using that bread. I asked for bread from the warmer and he started quoting the Louisiana health and safety laws and telling me he was the “boss!” Told me I should leave the establishment if I did not want that bread…which was sitting uncovered with flies in the establishment. I called the cooperate office and reported the encounter! I have often bragged about this location to others, but now…I will definitely not recommend their service to ANYONE!! ?

This is a relatively new restaurant in our neighborhood so this was my first visit. The staff is friendly and helpful and the sub was great.

Got the number 66, it’s a hot sub so it usually takes a bit to cook but this place did it quicker than others. The workers looked like they were actually happy to be working. They run that place as efficiently as possible and I like it.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Brian and Bella helped us tonight and had phenomenal customer service and THE BEST energy!! This day and age that is hard to find and beyond appreciated! Highly impressed, especially 30 min before closing on a holiday!

Just leaving the jersey Mike’s in Central on Sullivan Road.. when we walked in two employees were joking and talking to one another.. neither one of them greeted us .. after about 3 minutes the lady worker walked directly in front of us still with no greeting and walked to back out of sight .. I then started to say hello .. how is everyone doing .. no one said anything .. the lady walked back up and I said hello for a third time. She finally gave a half handed hello as she looked down and away from me.. we turned around and walked out without ordering. There were no other customers. We were treated very poorly!! There was not even a try of being nice considerate or interest in serving us…. I have gone to other locations before and have had great service.. this definitely was the worst.

Great customer service! Northing but smiles and positive energy when you walk in and the food is amazing and fresh ! I would definitely recommend this place to

I love my Jersey Mikes in Central. Use to have to travel to Town Square. Food is fresh and delicious. I stop by at least once a week and sometimes more. The owner and staff are awesome. If you haven't tried it, you should. Never go to S****** again.
