Jersey Mike's Subs

Took my friend in for the first time yesterday 9/23/24 and the staff was great especially Micha. He went above and beyond to help my friend when he walked in and said he wanted all the meats on his sandwich...lol. The crew was very professional and kind. I also loved that they really interacted with us while making our food. We will be back! 5 🌟 for sure!!

Great food and service! Especially from Mia!

I visited this location and it was great! The crew was Micha (very witty and funny), Logan Jr, and Gracie. They are led by their manager Allyson. Allyson does a great job overseeing this location! They were minutes from closing and I ordered a sandwich which required bacon but they didn't have any made. I told them no please don't cook any special for me but they insisted! This is service and attention to detail the way it should be at this Jersey Mikes!

Micah at Jersey Mike’s was amazing! So funny, welcoming, and full of energy. He made the whole experience fun from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, but honestly, we’d come back just for Micah. He’s a total vibe and made our visit unforgettable!

Walked in tonight and was never greeted. All of the workers looked directly at us and ignored us. A guy with glasses FINALLY said “What yall getting?” With a slight attitude. We proceeded to order and he made noises as if we were irritating him. I personally feel we were treated that way because we were black because when we walked out to wait on our food, a Caucasian guy walked in and was greeted & they were super nice to him. Horrible customer service. Will never come back. My fiancé brags on Jersey Mikes in Port Allen but Central was closer so we decided to ride to this one for the first time. I’ll rather drive 40 minutes to Port Allen every time from here on out as we left Central and went straight there AT closing time and was still served with smiles and the food was AWESOME!

I have had wonderful experiences at this location! However, yesterday, Friday, August 23, 2024, at approximately 2:30 p.m. was the worst! The manager on duty, which I have never seen there before, was rude and disrespectful! There was bread sitting on the counter and he tried to make my sub using that bread. I asked for bread from the warmer and he started quoting the Louisiana health and safety laws and telling me he was the “boss!” Told me I should leave the establishment if I did not want that bread…which was sitting uncovered with flies in the establishment. I called the cooperate office and reported the encounter! I have often bragged about this location to others, but now…I will definitely not recommend their service to ANYONE!! ?

This is a relatively new restaurant in our neighborhood so this was my first visit. The staff is friendly and helpful and the sub was great.
