I love pizza hut but this location is absolutely horrible. Every time we order there’s an issue. Tonight we ordered and doordash went to pick up the order and the doors are locked. Of course we can’t get ahold of anyone with pizza hut customer service to cancel the order. Absolutely will not order from this place again.

I placed my order at 3:30 pm only for the door dish driver to tell me he went to pick my order up and the doors were locked and he even called and no one answered..I then called at 530pm no one answered but they took the charges off my card and I still have no pizza.

I have ordered twice from this restaurant, and both times had complications, and never received delivery.
Their phone number doesn't even properly transfer you to customer service, had to drive there.
Which lead to mass confusion with staff, saying they handed the delivery over to door dash, only to find out that wasn't true either.
