My experience at the Greenwell Springs location was very good. It didn't start out that way due to a technical issue with the online ordering system, the very sweet young lady @ cashier let me know that there was no order received although I had a confirmation via email. This was very upsetting we drove from Baker to pick up the food and we were very hungry. Still she was never disrespectful even with all of my complaints being made known. She offered to call the manager for which I agreed was a good idea... And here is where things took a turn. Once the manager arrived he listened to what the issue was, (not to mention he drove from another store to resolve the issue) he advised that his customers are priority and did everything he could to figure out what went wrong with the transaction. I was assured I would be refunded (I did receive refund ), and was able to get our food pretty quickly after he arrived !! We are so very grateful to experience this level of customer service ,especially in a time where it seems like kindness and empathy is not the standard or trend. Mr. Tim is the example and thank you to all the staff at Po Boy Express #6 for all of your hard work !!! The food service industry is not an easy one to work in but you are appreciated, valued and needed. THANK YOUHANZ H. ?? ? ? ?

We have decided to try all the PoBoy Express restaurants. We placed the order over the phone. The employee was nice and polite. He even asked if we wanted combos. Jeanette( at the window) was so nice and polite. I ordered a hot sausage poboy. I thought i was ordering the patty but it was links( they cut it 4 little quarters) it was ok. My daughter ordered a chicken philly ( barely any meat at all) . The french fries were DELICIOUS, the seasoning on those fries was sooo good. Over all a 3... trying another location next week

Amazingly consistent, amazingly delicious. Great food, friendly staff, pleasant dining environment. Most people use the drive through but the dining room is nice too.
If you're going to open a restaurant right next to a burger king and a sonic, you better make some good burgers. And that's exactly what they do. Service was quick and friendly as well. It's pretty rare to get the trifecta when it comes to drive thrus.

I remember eating Po Boy Express when I was seven years old and it's still one of my favorite places even now. I love the atmosphere and friendliness at this location and their food is always on point. Their Philly's and their chicken tender plate is my go-to... especially the shrimp philly. it's so good! oh and fries dipped in their homemade gravy could possibly be the greatest thing ever! I never wait long and it's worth it regardless. great service. would definitely recommend.

The first time I had a shrimp po boy was from po boy express when I was eleven or twelve years old, and I instantly fell in love. Now here it is almost thirty years later and I still love this place. The customer service and atmosphere is always good, and there's nothing on the menu I won't eat.
