Went there today to buy something I really wanted/needed. The guy working there was incredibly helpful and kind. He was so nice to me. Also, the store is very clean and organized. What makes it so nice and worth going to is the guy that's running it has wonderful customer service.

I'm so disappointed in this place it makes me sick. I've been a loyal and faithful customer for over a solid year I know for a fact and then continued to be one after multiple incidents and the way they treat you back with no respect. Especially tonight, It was like a drug deal gone bad you know when you buy some bonk dope and go back to the dealer lmao.So like, Before the Big No More Vapes freak out, Smokin' Aces would have been 5 stars but as of now, I noticed my 5000puff LostMary WatermelonIce vape was starting to last me less than a week. So, I thought I was tripping right? Well me & my boyfriend began to buy the 9000puff WatermelonIce made by elfbar itself. So I was like maybe I just need to start buying these and of course for $30 . Almost $10 more than usual, I firsted decided I would Go with RAZ, they were popular and we're highly rated so I did. The vape juice vars immediately decreased within a 24-hour to one bar and continued to blink, burn out and be done so I thought maybe defect. Then I got the Pi9000 from elfbar that he told me we're good at selling and then I noticed after I paid theyno longer had the proper authentication stickers, some boxes crushed and or damaged and the verify was obv trying to be scraped off, and then after I got this vape the exact same thing happened except it turned yellow and then immediately turned to blinking red . So tonight I went in just to ask about it and see if anyone else reported it and reminded them how I'm there faithfully weekly and he goes on to tell me a story of going to Walmart weekly spending $1000 and he gets nothing back lol it made me sick bc they don't care about their customers their care about money and their products are no longer good

I love this smoke shop, I shop here EVERY 2 weeks. The guy who works there is very friendly and helpful. He also gives good recommendations on what vape flavors to buy. They have the best prices in town and also offer discounts and buy one get one free items. The pipe selection is also very nice and unique with affordable prices. I definitely recommend this place.
